The Euphoria Grand : Hotel Near ISBT Shimla

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Shimla and had an amazing experience. Location: Perfectly situated with stunning views of the hills. It's peaceful, yet still well-connected to nearby attractions. Rooms (4/5): Clean, cozy, and well-maintained with beautiful views from the balcony. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Food (4.5/5): The food was delicious with a good variety on the menu. A big plus--Jain food was also easily available, which made our dining experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Staff & Service (5/5): The hospitality truly stood out. The staff were polite, helpful, and always had a smile. They went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. Overall Experience: A perfect getaway with great vibes and excellent service. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Shimla looking for comfort, good food, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

I stayed there for 2N, it was a good experience. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Place is near new bus stand Shimla, you'll have to go downhill to reach this place. Location is not that prime but peaceful and the views are great from room. Also, food could have been better, but it's not bad at all.

I just came back from a 3-night stay and boy I am compelled to write a review. From the booking till checkout, the service has been exceptional, be it the front desk or the Restaurant/Housekeeping everywhere the service is at par with 4-star hotels and may also surpass some. They cater to all your requests with a smile, every staff member is cheerful, polite and honest. The hotel is just 5-minute drive from new ISBT, road is a bit narrow and steep an experienced driver can drive there without any issues, the hotel also offers a driver/pickup from ISBT if needed. Rooms are big and well maintained, great view from the window with neat and clean bathroom, all necessary amenities are provided, and they also have ample parking. The food is lip smacking, we had room service and buffet dinner/breakfast, and we were not disappointed once. Property, although small but has left me all smiling, I will prefer this hotel for my future visits.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit every palate. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, featuring fresh and flavorful dishes. The location was perfect, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The hotel also offered top-notch facilities like games (Carrom,soccer,pool) , relaxing lounge area, which added to the overall luxury experience. Overall, The Euphoria Grand exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I have been here for my family trip with kids. I liked the hotel cleanliness and ambience. Staff are very kind and cooperative in all aspects. The food is very nice and tasty for both breakfast and dinner. I would strongly recommend others to try it out.

This hotel had good service and everything we ordered was delivered fast, the food was incredible and the hotel feels like a 5 star hotel, there was a pool table available for free along with a projector tv in the balcony, the people were kind and made the hotel feel like home, this hotel must be visited if coming to Shimla. Also the service is THE BEST part of this hotel, not a single person was arrogant, everyone was smiling and everyone was humble, they themselves served us food when they realized what we needed
