Staff behaviour was very good and polite. Everytime i asked for warm water they provided me the same but giving 4 star because mentioned services was not there 1. Wifi was not working 2. Television has only one channel. 3. Breakfast quality was not that good and for two days i had only allo paranthas. 4. Window were not properly fitted so air was coming from the gap. 5. Hotel location was not on mall road it is around 700m far from mall road. 6. Please don't go with old age people as to reach hotel you need to go up from high court area.

worst hotel ever. if I talk about the cleanliness then i'll mark it 0 because there were so many spider webs on the roof of our room, washroom was stinking very badly, they didn't empit washrooms bin. we stayed there for 2 days and we took 3 rooms there and next morning they asked us for room key for cleaning the room. they actually cleaned the room with our accessories like a towel, a hand free, my baby's feeding bottle, bottle brush. they mentioned that this hotel is on mall road but this isnt this is very far from the mall road. if you are booking for old aged or for kids then dnt book this they didn't have us water in the room and we asked for water then they charged for it I'll recommend not to book this hotel ever worst experience ever

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on 29th & 30th September. Rooms are nice. Food is average and very pricey. You can eat at a five star in Mumbai what they are charging for food. Overall this hotel is very pricey with the kind of services they are providing. And yes, if you come late at night say around 12 then be ready to knock at the door for 10 minutes before they open it.

Extremely bad behavior at the reception. After listening to the fare, I only asked him if he can give any discount. And he started speaking so rudely. He even said that, It's not your worth, leave this hotel, go look somewhere else and many more. Just arrived at Shimla and it was the first hotel I went to. This experience literally spoiled my mood. Can't believe people can talk to customers like that while running a business. Had been to many hill stations before and never faced such bad behavior by any of the pahadi people, pahadi people are so sweet everywhere. Now I'm staying in a different hotel, with great view and cheap price. I would recommend you all to go check HOTEL ATITHI instead.

Good Hotel Nice Location in Shimla. Rooms are good Food is also tasty. specially walking distance form Mall road. Overall this hotel is very pricey with the kind of services they are providing.The rooms do not boast of a great view but they are comfortable and give a good sleep quality.

This is himani hotel in shimla near by Mall road we want for dinner. In the night we had a nice dinner very tasty food .Quick service and veg food non veg food they provide. It was really tasty. And in the night time himani hotel location is very nice. We want for dinner but after going there we don't feel like to come back home and we stay there only. Even room is also need and clean. Over all its was nice hotel and. Budgeted hotel and best thing is on the mall rode locations is very nice e view .I was fully satisfied. You can also choose this hotel thanks himani hotel staff

This hotel is basically a business travelers favourite as it gives you fairly good rooms at a reasonable rates. The rooms do not boast of a great view but they are comfortable and give a good sleep quality. Basic amenities like Tea / Coffee, toileteries and clean linen provided. The restaurant serves fairly good food.

Nice hotel. I stay in this hotel with family in the month of February ,hotel provides me lots of facility but in terms of hospitality and professionalism its not upto the mark. But when i talk about positive the one thing i like most is the view from terrance its heaven , you can see whole shimla from this place second thing they provide 24 hours hot water and also heater in rooms though it is chargable but works great
