Broadway Grand (THE HM HOTELS AND RESORTS)

Ajay sir gave me very good facilities I am mostly thankful to all the staff Thank you Broadway Grand Hotel Everyone likes to go to his hotel His hotel is in Shimla Atul Sharma also helped us a lot and didn't let us miss anything. He also cooked the food and it was very good. Thanks to him too.

Nice place. Clean and good behavior. Only reason I am not giving a 5 star is if you book online and pay the full price they won't give you window view room . We suffered heavily as we advance booked and they said all other rooms are booked. So they gave a room which had no window view. So that was a total upset. Rest cleanliness and stuff behavior was good.

Giri Bhai and his family had a very bad experience at your hotel. They didn't even eat the food, and when they asked for coffee, there was no milk available. It was truly a terrible experience for the guests. As a travel agent, I personally didn't like this at all. I had to arrange an extra lunch for the guests myself. Your staff member, Mr. Ajay, was not cooperative at all.

Rooms were so congested that one can obviously feel claustrophobic. The hotel is located on a busy street where the road is closed between 8:30 to 9:30 in the morning for some reason and due to this if you are planning to start your day within this time then it will not be possible. Staff was very helpful, we checked in at midnight and they made sure the dinner was hot and fresh for us to have.

Best rooms and good food The manager and staff are very cooperative Especially Mr. Mr.Ajay and Atul Bhai As well.

We had checked out yesterday, stayed only 2 days but i must say hotel staff is very nice and supportive got feeling like home. Very respectful behaviour, i never felt that we are not from Shimla.. Food was good , and rooms were clean Thanks team for your support Nousheen Sultana booking

The hotel is very good, either the rooms are good or the service here, both are good, or the food here is very tasty, or the tea here is good, you can try it, I liked it, you will also find peace here, this is a good hotel
