Pal Haveli - Best Hotel in paonta Sahib

Pal haveli is hotel located in Paonta Sahib Himachal Pradesh on Dehradun Nahan road, near Y point. The accessibility to wheelchair is not there. Rooms are good, food is palatable, service is good, staff is polite. Check in check out fast, rates are reasonable. It is good to enjoy culinary of the hotel at week end especially the tandoori food.

One of the worst hotel I have ever visited..... We went for a lunch in their restraunt and parked our car in their private space.... Where cctv and security guard was present, however, someone broke our window and took a purse from the car which was having jewellery too. ....... We were not informed by staff, security guard gave excuses and hotel staff supported him.... In the end we filed a complaint and got late to leave for our town and were bounded to stay over there. They neither compensated in the cost of the room nor gave a decent room as ACs were not working in the manner they should, neither of the amenity like electric kettle and mosquito repellant were present, even the sheets were not clean. All in all we had a worst experience with a huge monetary losses where hotel staff just tried to defend themselves while everything happened in their own private space.....

We were looking for veg food and also a place to stay for a night, the food was good, but some dishes are sweet instead of spicy, though they do tell you when ordering the food, it's better you tell them earlier that you want this dish to be spicy or to be prepared a specific way, at the end the food was great.. After that we also booked 2 rooms to stay, the decor and rooms are good too at the given price, but do check for cleanliness before checking, I'm a bit clean freak, so the rooms were cleaned before but bathroom was a bit dirty, though they did clean it after we told them to, but it would have been better if it was cleaned properly before giving it to anyone... Overall the experience was great for a night stay.

Very good hotel, had a very pleasant stay. A bit pricey, but thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Friendly staff and good room service, all veg food. Most items on the menu were available. They even lent me an umbrella when I wanted to go outside during rainy time. Walkable distance to Paonta Sahib Gurudwara and the banks of river Yamuna.

Last month we came from Gujarat. We made stay of 3 nights in this hotel. Our group enjoyed the stay. They have other two properties also. Resort is serene. We plans to have our next stay over there. Food is very nice. We all are food lovers. Taste is amazing. They makes check-ins procedure with in couple of minutes. All staff is helpful. Service is fast. Love this property.

The place is 5 mins away from the bus stand. The staff is polite and professional. The rooms are spacious and cozy, washroom is clean and hygienic. The food is good and tasty, Service is fast you don't have to wait too much, overall good experience and ambiance is amazing as well. Great experience @ Hotel Rockwood, got the actual definition of Hospitality. Thank you guys thank you for making my trip a memorable one.

Very bad place please close this right now. Manager sethi is very rude person he didn't sense to talk anyone he is crucial bad and dirty person so please no one go to this palace. Thier service is also very bad. And Terminate Sethi right now from pal haveli. He use velgour word he is very bad people.

Excellent service and beautiful property. A home away from home. All veg and non veg dishes are away some. We enjoyed food. Staff is warm and helpful. Service is quick. They knows real value of hospitality. Management is superb. Plans to arrange business meetings in December. Awesome place. We can recomanded to everybody.
