Sterling Manali

The experience at Sterling Manali was delightful and warm. Our stay was made comfortable and memorable through the efforts of entire team Sterling Manali. Mr Vijay the front desk manager ensured our requests were met and provided us with a beautiful view room. Mr Mohit of Discovery Central was extremely helpful and courteous. The highlight of our stay is the food and team Kullu Kitchen needs to be applauded for their promptness. We thank Mr Balbir for accommodating all our specific food requirements. We got to savour authentic Himachali cuisine and enjoyed all our meals. Mr Vikram and Mr Bishal were very prompt very courteous and Mr Vikram has great awareness about the local cuisine. Chef Alam exudes warmth through his food and all our meals were extremely delicious thanks to him. The housekeeping team is very prompt. The travel desk and Ms Shagun in particular is very helpful. She curated all our travels and personally ensured our comfort and choices were duly fulfilled. Sterling Manali is highly recommended for its warmth, location, delicious food and a capable travel team.

I stayed at Sterling Manali for 5 nights and 6 days. My experience was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the upper room of the one-bedroom duplex I stayed in was sometimes a bit suffocating because there was no window. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Kamal at the travel desk, who helped us a lot, and Vijay/Subani/Komal at the front desk, who helped us get the rooms we wanted. Otherwise, everything was fine. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Though I did not stay at Sterling Resort, Manali, i happened to have all 3 meals at Sterling Resort during my 4 days stay at Manali. The food was excellent, very flavourful and a wide and awesome variety. The himachali local cuisine is a must try there. The kullu kitchen as the restaurant is called is hygenic and spacious. The best part is the service over there which is above par, specially want to mention Shri Ravi Singh who took extreme care and served us and help us decide the menu as per our taste and flavours. The manager Shri Balram is also very cooperative and helpful. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

We stated here for 2 days in March 2025 and here's the summary of our experience as a couple : What we liked: - View from the hotel was amazing - Food at the restaurant was too good. Had all sorts of options. - Room cleanliness, facilities, room service - Option of a gym, indoor games activity area. - Staff behaviour and proactiveness - overall a very comfortable stay What can be improved: - The room should have some floor mats. - Parking space was limited but still can accommodate 8-10 cars

Staying experience was very good , rooms size is good. Cleanliness was maintained . Special thanks to chef Alam , food he prepared was very tasty and fulfilled our On demand dishes requests as well. Mr. Rajendra was very kind and polite and severed us very well.. Keep it up!!

Our stay at the Sterling Manali was exceptionally well. Mr. Chander Singh provided us tue best services. It was my parents' anniversary and the arrangements and the decoration in the room was outstanding. Mr. Chander Singh really is an amazing help. Further, the food is decent, and location wise the Hotel is a great option to consider.

It was an excellent stay at Sterling Manali. The view from the room was just awesome. The food was great with a good spread. All staff members were lovely, very amicable and extremely helpful. Special mention for Mr. Vijay Kumar who went above and beyond to make our stay really memorable.

Had an amazing stay at Sterling! Absolutely loved the place--the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone we met had a big smile on their face and was always ready to help. The hospitality was top-notch, making our experience even more special. It was truly an awesome stay, and we'll definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a wonderful time!
