Mountain Top Hotel In Manali

We recently stayed here and can't even begin to explain how amazing our experience was. We stayed in a deluxe room with a refreshing jungle view from the window. This hotel is conveniently located near Mall Road, just 2.8 kilometers away, and within walking distance of Hadimba Temple, making it easy for visitors to explore. Guests can also enjoy breathtaking natural scenery and towering mountains from the terrace. The hotel is well-maintained and features an excellent restaurant serving delicious food with fast service just a single call away. The staff's behavior was impressive, adding to our pleasant stay. We would love to stay at this hotel again if we make another plan. I highly recommend it!

Hotel Review: Needs Improvement in Bed Hygiene I recently stayed at [Hotel mountain top ], and while the overall experience was decent, I noticed some areas that need improvement, particularly in bed hygiene. Pros: The room was spacious and well-maintained. Basic amenities were available. The staff was polite and responsive. Cons: The bed hygiene was not up to the mark. The bedsheets and pillow covers did not feel fresh, and there was a slight odor. The mattress and blankets needed better cleaning, as they seemed a bit dusty. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, which should have been replaced before check-in

Absolutely Horrible Experience at Mountain Top View, Manali -- Never Again! I stayed at Mountain Top View in Manali, and I must say -- this was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room condition was beyond disappointing -- the curtains were torn and shabby, giving the whole place a very neglected and poorly maintained look. It felt like no one had cared to update or clean the room in years. To make things worse, the room was full of houseflies buzzing around constantly. The sound of flies buzzing near the lights, windows, and even around the bed was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. It was impossible to relax or sleep peacefully with that irritating noise in the background. The bathroom situation was even worse -- there was no water in the flush tank! Absolutely shocking for any hotel, especially in a tourist destination like Manali. The inside of the flush tank was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained for a long time. Overall, this hotel is a clear example of false promises and poor management. It was a nightmare staying here with unhygienic conditions, insects all around, and basic facilities like the toilet flush not working. If you are planning a peaceful and comfortable stay in Manali -- Mountain Top View is the last place you should consider. Highly disappointing and definitely not recommended.

Customers can book the package at a very reasional price. At the same time, Puneet sir who contacted from Color stay very good care of us. He thought about our safety. The next staff was good. The driver was good. The service was good. The photographer was good. Hotel top mountain is very good

Rooms were perfect with location. As far as service is concern, staff was not providing complimentary services without reminding them. They were also made argument to provide services. Food quality was poor.

It was really a tough climb. Walkable from Hidimba Temple. But was of this slippery snow in December itself. Old fashioned rooms. Expected more cleanliness in rooms and the bed covers too. No prompt service- we asked for the room heater which they said they will provide and they never provided.

Looking Like a WOW Hotel was good. But no lift. Service was good. In booking.com they showed us room with great views, but actually given without any views...

This is my second stay here, and this time I booked 3 rooms as I'm traveling with my family. Unfortunately, I'm regretting my decision to book here because the rooms allocated to us are in poor condition. The bedsheets were dirty and had a lot of marks on them. When I asked for them to be changed, they replaced the sheets, but the mattress condition was even worse. The TVs in all three rooms are not working. A staff member came to repair them and spent almost 20-25 minutes in each room, but the issue remains unresolved. I paid nearly 9-10k for 3 rooms, yet no complimentary breakfast was provided. The service this time is pathetic. My first stay here, two years ago, was much better. The rooms had mats, heaters, and a nice view. This time, despite paying a higher price than my previous visit, the service has been disappointing.. Not recommend
