Hotel Him Regency BY MSR HOTELS & RESORTS

We already booked our room, and also made a full payment. And when we reach the hotel, the staff is saying all rooms are booked. You need to find another hotel. It's the worst experience ever, we are coming very far from manali and didn't expect this type of service. Please do not book this hotel otherwise you will face the same problem as us.

The food is good, and the rooms and washrooms are decent. However, the reception staff lack basic customer service skills, which greatly impacted our experience. We booked this property through Goibibo, specifically because it offered a flexible check-in option between 6 AM and 8 AM. However, upon arrival, the receptionist rudely commented, "Aap batao itne jaldi aa gaye kisko check out karwaun." On the day of check-out, we requested a delayed checkout, considering we had an evening bus to catch, and were even willing to pay the full day's charge. While it's understandable if the request couldn't be accommodated, the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. He didn't even bother to look at us while responding and made an expression that made us feel unwelcome, as though we weren't valued guests. The staff seriously need training in basic manners and empathy. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

I am happy to share that the hospitality of the Hotel is next level, Rooms have beautiful ambiance, staff is very cooperative, food quality is awesome. I recommend Hotel Him Regency.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel with my 13 family members in 3 family rooms in October 2022. Excellent support by Mr. Sonu. And very nice support for local sightseeing by Mr.Ramesh. I strongly recommend this hotel which has wonderful menu for breakfast and dinner for families . They even have arrangement for birthday celebrations.
