Chandertal Regency Hotel & Spa Manali

Hotel is very inside first negative thing but I and my group is completely disappointed with the service support by this hotel. Already price are High but services not at that level all the staff members are egoistic and not even listening and not even talking politely with their customers, Additional charges applied caling to reception not providing support timely

We spent 4 nights at this Hotel on our way and back from the Deo Tibba trek. The rooms are very nice, well maintained and super clean. One side has the range views and the other side has the Hampta views. The location is also nice, away from the hustle n bustle of Manali. The food served was really nice, taste and portion wise. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Overall i would recommend this place to travellers who want to explore this region.

A great hotel with nice staff deserves 4.5-5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. Friendly, professional staff make guests feel valued. High-quality amenities and good value complete the experience.

I would like to share feedback regarding my friend's recent experience at your hotel, which was highly disappointing and concerning. Overcharging and Threats: My friend was charged an extra amount without justification. When he questioned it, he was met with threatening behavior, which is unacceptable. Poor Service: The service standards were subpar. Basic hospitality practices were not followed. Unhygienic Conditions: The room provided was stinking, and cleanliness was clearly neglected. The bed sheets were only changed after repeated complaints and scolding, which is highly unprofessional. This kind of experience is far from what one would expect when staying at a hotel.

Stayed in Chandratal regency hotel recently and the experience was amazing. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Rooms were comfortable with all the amenities and food was delicious too. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Manali.

Highly recommended. The rooms were too good, The hotel staff was very friendly especially sameeksha. The food was good too. You will get a good view for affordable prices in this hotel. The hotel's hospitality made a difference in our stay.
