The Allure Grand Resort ( A River Side Resort and Spa )

Our stay at Allure Grand was simply remarkable! The food was delectable and the views, mesmerizing. Special mention must be made of Mr Prem Thakur who was ever so thoughtful during every single meal served to us. Manisha's bright and genuine smile won my heart. Mr Kuldeep went out of his way to help us and serve us to the best of his ability. |Some of the staff seemed a little less friendly and forthcoming but on the whole, it was an absolutely delightful holiday. I'll highly recommend the same.

I recently stayed at The Allure Grand Resort and Spa, and it was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile--they never said no to any request I made. The food was another highlight--both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Having dinner with live music created such a magical and relaxing atmosphere. The evening high tea was a delightful surprise and added a unique charm to the whole experience. My room was perfect--spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, making my stay extremely comfortable and memorable. Overall, everything was just perfect. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Really unexpected surprise for the price. Prompt service, cleanliness, good food, centrally heated water all day long, full set of toiletries, clean sheets and towel, hair dryer with both cold and hot air, and polite staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room (206) had normal signs of wear and tear such as some marks on the walls but nothing that would give you the ick. Most of it was just marks of luggage. The beds were comfortable enough, lights had working switches. The only con was the sound proofing, you can really hear outside the room and if the bell of the adjacent rooms rang you can hear it pretty loudly, enough to confuse you if it's your bell. But I doubt the management could do much about it now. 4.5/5 and if you include the price, an easy 5/5

DO NOT SPOIL YOUR TRIP BY STAYING HERE. I was forced to pee outside the property before my booking was confirmed in their system. The guard literally hend my hand and escorted me out as I asked to use the washroom while their system was down. I was traveling on a 2 wheeler which was stopped outside and wasn't allowed to be parked too. It was freezing cold outside and they did not bother to hear. All of this was done in the name of "owner is at the property and he's very strict". THIS AIN'T HOW HOSPITALITY WORKS. LEARN FROM THE LOCALS AROUND IN MANALI, WHO WERE THE SWEETEST THROUGHOUT. By the time their system was running, I decided to move to a different hotel and I'm so glad I did that, or else I'd be bathing, defecating out of the hotel I'd paid for. . . . *Edit for update post response from hosts* Dear Team Allure Grand Resort, Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. I appreciate you acknowledging my feedback, although I must address a few critical points raised by you: While you have conveniently termed my experience as "baseless" and "inaccurate," I wish to clarify that I was well-prepared and documented the entire sequence of events. I have attached timestamped and geolocated images, clearly supporting the incident described. For further transparency: The CCTV footage from your entrance area during the said time can easily corroborate my claims. I have circled and highlighted the individual (guard) who forcibly escorted me out despite my repeated, polite requests to use the restroom during a medical emergency. I was left with no option but to relieve myself behind parked vehicles in freezing temperatures (0-5degC), a situation no traveler should ever be subjected to -- especially not under the guise of "strict owner instructions." As a well-traveled, educated individual from Mumbai with a background in hospitality myself, I fully understand the basic rights every guest or visitor holds -- including access to basic sanitation facilities -- irrespective of booking confirmation status. This right was flatly denied to me, and my repeated explanation, including informing your staff about the legal expectation of allowing restroom use, was met with hostility and rudeness. Your front-end claims of humility and service standards appear disconnected from the actual experience faced by travelers like myself. Instead of genuinely introspecting and taking corrective action, your response unfortunately chooses to deflect blame onto the guest and paint a misleading picture. I also request Google to independently verify not just my proof and images submitted, but also the authenticity of your other positive reviews -- which now appear questionable given how my genuine experience was handled. I stand firmly by my original review and will ensure my experience remains public so that future travelers can make an informed decision. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback as an opportunity to genuinely improve your service, rather than hiding behind curated responses. Oh my God, this was the Prettiest hotel with a lovely lake view and views of snow cap mountains in the month of April end May. -The outdoors lawns are kept so well and pretty. Music playing almost 24 hours and what a lovely playlist. -Kids play area well kept, neat. -Loved the pet dog Satin, I think it was named . - Live music on certain days for dinner. - Fun bonfire - Enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi The owner is constantly checking on things. He recommended the Jogi falls, and we went for it. Amazing 45 min trek and beautiful waterfall. Do not miss booking yourself a room in this place. Views are simply simply outstanding. You will not get these views in Sterling or in any other place in between the cramped mall road.

The Allure Grand is a great resort to stay in Manali. Its location, service standards and food are all excellent. They have valley and riverview rooms. Please check before booking. The drive to the resort is easy and ample parking is available. They have swings and slides for kids and play live music in their restaurant every evening. It's one of the best places to stay in Manali. We had one of our best butter chickens there. Give it a try!

A Perfect Getaway in Manali! I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious property in Manali! The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the river and snow-capped mountains right from my room. It felt like waking up in a postcard every morning. The property is beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. But what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care of. Whether it was a warm cup of tea by the fireplace or helpful advice on local attractions, they made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious retreat in the lap of nature, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a gem in Manali that I would love to visit again!
