Here's a review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The property was immaculately clean, with well-appointed facilities that catered to all our needs. However, what truly made our stay stand out was the staff's kindness, understanding, and reliability. Given that my friend is undergoing treatment for stage 4 cancer, hehasvery specific dietary needs and other requirements and concerns. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, showing genuine empathy and care. Their attentiveness and support made a significant difference during this most challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and supportive retreat. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and compassionate staff makes it an ideal haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Wonderful place for weekends in Himachal. Palampur is like a hidden gem and Antaraal is the best place to relax here and have a relaxing weekend in Mountains. Will most likely visit again when i will come for IPL match in Dharamshala. Great service by staff, cozy rooms and Food is just too good. I visited with my friends but many families were also there so looks family friendly too.

It has a open courtyard that also has seating areas. You can enjoy the calm here. It is very well built. We went there for drinks in their restaurant area. The food was well prepared and the servers were quite attentive. Although thing i didn't liked was that they have very limited option for vegetarian snacks and few of them which were listed were not available at that time. Also there is no clear view of the mountains from the seating tables, the building gets in the way. The place in itself is good and spread in a good amount of area. For the staying arrangements, they're mainly focussed on individual huts type lodging, although they also have few rooms.

The property and rooms at glance seemed good choice , however over the stay we realized how unprofessional the staff at the resort was . First they serve brownie with a plastic wrapper that my kids ate . Upon telling the staff they seemed totally unapologetic and disinterested . Early morning despite that we informed them of our checkout times , the breakfast was not ready till 8 20 pm . Again totally irresponsible staff , disinterested manager who took no cognizance of the situation and said we are getting it arranged . If experience and memories one is looking at this property then I would never ever recommend any one . It's the staff and the service that makes the entire difference to one's stay and not the property in itself .
