Worst service. It was the biggest mistake of my life that I organized a dealer meet at Chopra Residency. Even after taking advance payment manager they forgot about the event. It was my fortunate that I reached there 5 hour prior to the event. Service was pathetic. Only one waiter with dirty cloth was there to serve the dealer. The waiter was putting one- one piece of snacks in the dealers plate. That's very obvious he was instructed by his seniors to do so. At the end dealer meet was a biggest disaster.

Met with family and friends for the dinner after a long drive , the ambience was made to reflect the quiteness with elements of blended togetherness. Worth for nice fresh beer and food.

Disappointing Experience My stay was extremely unsatisfactory due to several issues: The room had moisture all around, which made it uncomfortable and unhygienic. For the amount I paid (appox 3,000), the condition of the room and the services provided were unacceptable. In my opinion, the room was worth no more than 1,000. No hot water was provided throughout my stay. At midnight, hotel staff spent 1 to 2 hours coming in and out of my room to check the issue, which not only failed to resolve the problem but also affected my privacy. They eventually provided a bucket of lukewarm water, which was inadequate, and refused to heat it further. There was no kettle provided for hot water, which was very inconvenient. The TV in the room had no signal, making it unusable. They exchanged three heaters during my stay. The first two heater was old, caused electrical issues, and was unsafe to use. Only after persistent requests did they provide a safer, functional heater. The landline connection to call reception was non-functional, making communication inconvenient. The hotel refused to compensate for the lack of promised facilities. When I asked for the owner's contact information, they declined and still demanded full payment despite the poor service. Upon requesting the hotel's terms and conditions policy, they outright refused to provide it, highlighting a lack of transparency. Despite raising these issues repeatedly, nothing was resolved. I strongly advise against staying here unless the management takes accountability and significantly improves their facilities and service.

I booked the hotel by calling their reception number yesterday. I specifically asked for booking the best room for me. When I checked in today, however, I found the room was substandard, and not up to the mark. When I confronted the main desk regarding this, one Mr Akram who had done the booking, behaved very rudely and started arguing unnecessarily. Infact at some point, he indicated that he records the conversation with customers on phone without their conscent. This shows the lack of basic mannerism of hospitality in the staff of this hotel. I am yet to spend the night here and I am already fed up and want to leave this place the first thing in the morning. Really need a good brand here in Hamirpur.

Worse hotel .. not recommended to anyone to stay here..Not giving even 1 extra water bottle in room.. very very rude staff. Saying doesn't matter you come here regular or not..we have very good other corporate tie-up.

The ambience of the place is quite good, making it a nice spot for parties and family gatherings. However, the food didn't meet our expectations. We ordered Dahi ke Kebab, Paneer Tikka, and Malai Chaap. The Malai Chaap had more maida than expected for the price, and the Paneer Tikka lacked proper marination, making it quite bland. We decided not to continue with more dishes. When inquiring about Biryani, we found it was Kadhai Biryani, not Dum Biryani. Overall, it's a good place for spending time with family, but the food definitely needs improvement in terms of taste and quality.

The requests of guests are never handled properly. We had asked for extra mattresses multiple times but it was not ready when I came to room. Checkin at reception takes too long. We had booked two rooms for our family and they were one floor apart. Even after multiple requests same floor was not allocated. Asked 3 teas at room 1 without sugar one sugarless. All tea glasses came without sugar. When called resturant for some drinks, they didn't know whether it is available or not. No kettle available in room for preparing hot water or tea coffee. Sink doesn't have hot water. This is incompetence at very high level.

I had dinner here a week ago. Food was great, recommended to add cherry on your special ocassion
