My stay at this hotel was disappointing. There was a serious issue with the water supply - sometimes there was no water at all, which is unacceptable. Additionally, towels were not provided on time, and the ones we received were not clean. Basic amenities like water and clean towels should be a priority. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the service. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. On top of that, the dining area is poorly managed. The seating arrangement is not adequate -- even 8 people can't sit comfortably at once. Basic amenities like water, clean towels, and proper dining space should be a minimum standard. I hope the management seriously looks into these issues and makes necessary improvements.

It's not a 3 star hotel. It would be actually 5 star. Because rooms are very clean and neat. View from the room was awesome. And food is also good, But it should be little bit spicy. Location is 8km away from the main city of Shimla. But it's okay. Overall nice place to stay.

Our stay at Harmony Heights was fantastic! The food, especially breakfast, was amazing. We got a big, comfortable, and well-managed room with everything in place. Had the best time at Harmony heights shimla. Located right next to sankat mochan temple and giving the complete view of shimla city with there best spacious rooms. Owners there were just great and helpful. Had a great stay with my family on my Shimla Trip.

The best hotel to stay if you are planning to stay in Shimla, their service is the best and the staff is humble, honest and well behaving. They provide help with everything and quickly response when needed. Would really recommend if you are looking for any hotel in Shimla, and I will book the same hotel, if I have to ever visit Shimla again.
