Environment: The hotel offers a peaceful and clean environment that instantly makes you feel at ease. The staff maintained excellent hygiene standards, and the ambiance throughout the property was both relaxing and elegant. Sightseeing Area: The location is perfect for sightseeing. Beautiful spots are just a short distance away, making it very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Whether you're into nature, culture, or shopping, there's something for everyone close by. The overall experience at the zostel was really comforting and fun. The staff was super sweet and helpful. They were very friendly and chill in their approach. Just one thing that probably they also didn't predict the trek to triund guide turned out to be bad experience for us that they had booked for us. But when we raised our concerns they made sure they listened and tried their best to accommodate the requests.

I had a great time with Zostel, Dharmkot. In fact their location, staff are the reason I extended my stay at the place. Community manager Madhuri was friendly and insightful with her activities and ideas, kitchen staff were very homely and warm, the list goes on. Ashu, Lovely, Suraj , Shivangi all were beautiful people made my stay memorable. Im definitely staying here if and when I visit dharmashala again

Very good experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location was very good. Enjoyed our stay at the Zostel, Dharamkot. The only thing missing was some community activities in the evening. That would have been the icing on the cake

Zostel is beautifully located, offering stunning views of the mountains. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your stay is comfortable. Cozy lounge cafe feels like second home.Ideal for relaxation and nature lovers. Most important there are many great group activities, jamming at bonfire and fun trekking and all of these is well guided by great people around.
