RR HOTEL & RESORT

Worst experience|Very nad ownership. Considering his punjabi and suppose to be a very Caring nature does not care about his customer. Stay away from this hotel. The staff are rude. The hotel is dirty. The ceiling is falling and tape is just stuck over it. Cant shower as too cold

Last month we stayed in this hotel with the family.Everything for us was there, I recommend this hotel for all.Room service was amazing and view was stunning from our balcony.

I did not stay in this hotel but wanted to write about the incident that happened with me, I was going for triund trek and RR hotel was the starting point, had some plastic waste with me that I wanted to throw. So like any other responsible citizen i went to this hotel and asked a staff there to let me throw wrappers in there dustbin. To which he with an angry voice replied, throw it outside in the jungle why should we throw your trash. Now if this is the attitude of a local person, who should ask people not to litter, then only God knows how they can call himachal pradesh as devbhoomi.

As I travelled from South Africa. The hotel was great. Views from the hotel was amazing. And the food was absolutely delicious, tasted just like hone food, fresh and clean.

I'm still trying to process the utter disgust I felt during my recent stay at this hotel. The pictures looked great, but the reality was a nightmare. The bedsheets and linings were filthy, covered in hair from previous customers. We requested a change, but incredibly, not a single clean bed sheet was brought to our room. It was like they didn't care about our comfort or hygiene. The hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness and customer satisfaction is appalling. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, and the dirt and grime were evident everywhere. We left feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. Unless they seriously revamp their housekeeping and customer service, I would strongly advise against staying here. Save your money and your sanity - choose a different hotel.

The owner have some mentel issues,he don't know how to run a hotel can't even manage parking.We left our car in parking and they called us 1000 times and saying plz come here sir we need to get ur car out. So bad never park your car there better push your car down to the cliff.

Wonderful location, nice spacious room, stayed in room no 102( super deluxe room). Staffs were very helpful and courteous. Taxi arranged from reception for local sight seeing. Beautiful mountain view from rooms. Very tasty food. Resort beautifully maintained. Would recommend all to visit at least once when they visit Mcleodganj, Dharamkot Road.
