The property is extremely well made, you can take 100 nice pictures within the property itself. Views are amazing. Food is also nice. But surprisingly the staff is very rude. If you ask them some recommendations, they would just say check the menu, everything is good. They would never smile, they would rather get angry on smallest of the things. Dear owner, please solve your service levels. Everything else is nice.

This property is very very beautiful. You will also get a good view of the Himalayas. The staff is also excellent. Lots of plants and beauty. If you are a pet lover then this place is for you! You will get to see the golden retrievers. Rooms are also clean and have all facilities.

One of the coziest homestays I've been to! This place has the most beautiful views and has such a positive vibe! The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff takes good care of you. It's pet friendly and also has three adorable goldens in house! One of the finest place to stay in Dharamsala. It's not a hotel more of home and so spacious with beautiful decor and set up. Loved every bit of it and spent quality time with family.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and had paid the deposit on a friend's recommendation. When we arrived to check in, the staff at the reception desk was a bit on the cold side and no courtesy was displayed. The lobby and hotel looked tired in need of TLC, the furniture was dated with dust settled and a lot of old furniture dumped beside the lobby. We decided to move to another hotel and was offered half the refund back that we didn't care about but was not up to scratch. The rooms on higher floors need to be accessed through stairs which are not suitable for elderly. The rooms were ok with tired furniture and dusty all around. The only positive found was the view of the valley if you got that room with the view. Not for us.

Felt like home away from home with amazing views. The staff was really proactive and attentive with all the needs. Spacious and clean rooms. The home stay food top notch and comforting. Super warm hosts. Overall experience was so good that this is where I am gonna stay always when in Dharamshala.

If you had a great adventurous or active trip, you should come here and just relax. This place just gives you that warm cozy and "let's hug" vibe. Beautiful decor, great food, very courteous staff, chilling activity like board games available - in short, come here take coffee and just relax and click infinite aesthetic pics. Only thing, their rooms can become little chilly compared to outside due to low sunlight reachability. Otherwise, totally worth it. Must go. Relax.

We really liked the Nandini Villa hotel, so much so that we decided to stay there for another month! Further details: - the first thing I want to note is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, they create a very warm atmosphere and help with everything (for example, with renting a scooter / bike). - the hotel grounds are clean with lots of flowers. - great location with a good view of the mountains and flying eagles. There is a vegetable store 50 meters away and a large store 600 meters away. - not noisy - the hotel is warm, because it is located at an altitude of 1350 meters, which is why the temperature here is 5-7 degrees higher than in Naddi and Dharamkot. And also the rooms have good air conditioners that can heat / cool the air and a fireplace. Plus very warm blankets. This was important for us, since we flew from Thailand without winter clothes. - there is delicious cuisine (they can cook without pepper, if you ask). Compared to many restaurants, the food is more high-frequency. The prices are average. - there is a shared washing machine: good, clean, washes well. - in the room: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, TV, good air conditioning with clean filters. They can provide a heater if needed. - for runners: a good 7 km track with a small difference in altitude (110 meters) starts from the hotel. - for psychics: the space is energetically balanced, nothing weighs down or presses, there is no negative energy. It looks like a grandma/grandpa's house - cozy! - for a long stay, you can discuss the cost, as you agree. - To summarize: this is one of the few hotels in Dharamshala where I wanted to stay.
