INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA

The best part of the stay, was the service. The room service was good. Everybody in the restaurant were very hospitable, Ajay,Amit and Gaurav who served us made us feel, very much at home. A special thanks to Mr Gaurav.|The food was excellent, and a lot of choices to select from. There are other names, which l don't know, but they also deserve mention. Those at the front desk were also very cordial. The ambience is very good. We would certainly recommend this place to anybody who comes to Dharamshala

Great property, highly recommend it. Spacious rooms . We are a family of 4 . 2 adults and 2 kids . We had a wonderful time. All staff are very friendly and polite. Great Customer Service in all aspects starting from reservation to the hotel staff. Restaurant was another great +++. Fantastic food , great service and they make you feel at home . Not a commercial place they really take good care of guests. The welcome snacks were a great surprise . We were extremely happy and will surely come back soon . Great view from balcony

I went to the restaurant to have lunch. Came back next day to do the same. Hospitality word is purely justified here. We had trout fish, it was pan fried and delicious. Rest of the food served both times was great. We met Gaurav here, we are friends now. Your presence added to the hospitality that was provided. Thanks for the hospitality you guys have shown us, we will visit again and this time we will come for stay.

Our stay at the hotel was really hassle free, the entire staff is very sweet, patient and hospitable . We were served by Gaurav with care , he also gave us an overall planning for the trip. Food is delicious, spent a total of 3 days at the hotel and it does not dissapoint. Worth the money. Must try Tomato basil soup.

Very comfortable rooms good breakfast and friendly staff. They have all the requisite to enhance your holiday experience. The rooms are clean and service impeccable. Location of the property is also good and accessible. Overall 10/10. The checkin was smooth and food also tasty

What a beautiful hotel and beautiful, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food selection at the restaurants is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make an enjoyable stay. A big thank you to the Googly Bar staff, Anubav and Abhinash, and the chef Amit for great, friendly service and delicious food. I would recommend Infinitea Centric to anybody travelling to Dharmashala.

Very good location, very serene place. The pool is good except for the fact that it could have been better if it was temperature controlled. Please keep 2 sets of dental lots, shower caps etc, when the room is for a couple. It's basic hygiene. The rooms are good, food is also great. Found the place to be better than the 5 star resorts Justa or Jujurana.

Very nice stay . Excellent food and very helping staff. I would like to stay in this hotel time and again. Location is very . Over all of Dharamsala from the hotel is wonderful. Easily approachable . Sweeming pool is on the top of hotel which provides the excellent view of surroundings. Excellent stay over here.
