Had a great stay at this hotel! The view was simply amazing, and the staff were super attentive and courteous. Although food options were limited, the quality was good. Rooms were clean, with options for normal and shared balconies. The small pool was a nice touch, though might be more suited for kids and for peek summers. What truly stood out was the cleanliness and supportive staff throughout the property. Parking was convenient, and while there aren't convenient stores nearby, there's one just a km away. Also, great location, very peaceful. Cant hear even a single horn. If you want to spend quality time with someone special, then its perfect visit.

Great location for the hotel with fantastic view of the valley; very peaceful and calm area. While the people working in the hotel were very nice and courteous, especially Gautam, I have to say that the overall experience was quite low for the amount we paid; definitely not good value for money The main issue was with the hotel's general service. A) Laundry service costs were exhorbitant; you could easily buy new clothes rather than get them washed. B) Rooms were quite old, and it seems like the hotel owners just want to make a quick buck without any investment. C) The spa was unfortunately not of best hygiene. Also they lacked basic amenities like massage oils etc. Yet they call themselves a spa resort. Unfortunately, it seems like the manager had his hands tied to resolve these issues. Great potential for a hotel but what a shame they are missing out on the opportunity by not willing to invest and upgrade. So I am giving 2 stars because of the courtesy of the people, who unfortunately seem underpaid.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Asia Spa Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The entire resort had a peaceful and rejuvenating ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind. The spa services were excellent, and the facilities, including the pool and wellness areas, were top-notch. A special highlight of our stay was the delicious food. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. I especially loved the Kahwa--it was aromatic, perfectly brewed, and an absolute delight to have during my stay. My sister also couldn't stop raving about their Cream of Tomato Soup--it was rich, creamy, and full of comforting flavors! What truly set this resort apart was their thoughtful and personalized service. My sister wished to pluck a few Rhododendron flowers, and the staff kindly accommodated her request, showcasing their generosity and attention to detail. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and amazing service. I enjoyed my stay so much that I'd happily return on every visit!

I am cutting 1 primarily because of their pricing. It's on a higher side be it room rent, laundry or food. The location is very good and peaceful. Staff is very courteous. Food is tasty. Although the outdoor space is limited but it provides a good view and it's well maintained. Pool is basic. Overall a nice and comfortable stay with family.

There are always small things to be improved, maintained and that can be a challenge in mountains. Notwithstanding this is a unique property nestled in the beauty of pure Himachal blessing, nature and purity totally pollution free. The staff is professional, polite and ever ready to help. I met the Director Vipul Garg, a charming man totally committed to customer satisfaction. I would go there again and again any day!

Quiet location, good rooms, courteous staff and caring manager. Food quality is also good. Worth staying at this hotel with spa facilities. Not very far from McLeodganj which is about 5 kms from this hotel. Rooms are road/ forest facing or valley facing.

Overall experience was very good, some of the highlights are the amazing view from the dining area and the room balcony. Do try out the massage and the games rooms as well. One recommendation would be to have slightly cozy vibed rooms for couples. Would definitely recommend and stay here myself the next time I come here

The experience of stay in Asia Spa Resort, Dharamshala was excellent. The reception staff and restaurant staff. particularly, Harnam Singh, was very good and helpful. The hospitality, service and the food, deserves recommendation to fellow tourists.
