The Castle Villa Hill View kasauli

This is by far the worst stay in my entire Himachal travel. We booked this place offline referencing airbnb, the location shared first was incorrect the name of villa was incorrect, the person with whom we booked Taranpreet Singh is a number one fraud who shared incorrect information, was not responding to our messages , was not reachable and had an abusive conversation with us. After reaching the villa we kept message him and stating how the location of villa dnt match with that he told us about, We had to spend extra money in travel rather than understanding things and accepting his mistake he kept insisting we pay him the money we paid for a villa promised to be in the city. Taranpreet is the worst host ever although the staff is very cordial and good this experience with taran has made everything worst
