Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth It Despite Being a Returning Customer I had high expectations from this hotel as a returning customer and had even booked their Jacuzzi room via Cleartrip. However, this stay turned out to be a complete nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the following issues: 1. Booking Denied Upon Arrival: I booked via Cleartrip, but at the hotel, I was told they had cancelled my booking because they were getting less money from the platform. I was asked to book offline instead. After a long 2-hour wait, I was forced to make a manual payment again to get a room. This was shocking and completely unprofessional. 2. Jacuzzi Not Functional: The jacuzzi wasn't working at all. I had to call 5 times before someone finally came to switch it on. That too, after a lot of delay. 3. Hot water: Took 2 hr to warm the water so please plan atleast two hour before as water flow is very less as they do not turn pressure pump and geyser takes 2 hr to warm the water. 4. Broken Shower: The shower was stuck and barely usable--basic plumbing was not taken care of. 5. Ongoing Construction: There was loud construction work happening throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or even sleep. The balcony was full of dust and totally unusable. 6. Poor Breakfast Spread: The breakfast was extremely disappointing--only paratha, poha, and tea were available. No variety, no fruits, no eggs, no juices. For a premium room, this is not acceptable. 7. Drinking Water Limitations: Only 1 litre of water was provided in the room. Any additional water was charged at 40 per bottle--something that most good hotels offer complimentary. 8. No Hair Dryer: Despite being a top-tier room, no hair dryer was provided. 9. Poor Mobile Network: The room had very limited network coverage. This entire experience was extremely frustrating. For a room that's supposed to be a premium experience, there was no comfort, no service, and no value for money. I booked this room specifically for the jacuzzi and a peaceful stay--neither of which was delivered. Please think twice before booking this hotel. I regret trusting it again as a returning guest. I have been to this place many times. It's my weekend getaway spot when I'm feeling low. The location is easily accessible and not too far and high up the hills. The staff of this place is sweet and helpful. Their cafe is simply amazing. Their smoked chicken garlic bread and Irish coffee are a must-try.

Absolutely Unsafe and Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at Hotel Dippy, Kasauli and booked their so-called premium room with jacuzzi. Everything seemed fine until we actually used the jacuzzi--we got a severe electric shock while bathing. This wasn't just uncomfortable; it was dangerous and could've ended very badly. We immediately complained, and their staff came to test the equipment. When I started recording a video, they resisted and didn't want it documented. I managed to get a photo for proof. Instead of being apologetic, the staff behaved arrogantly, as if this was a normal thing. Absolutely no accountability or courtesy. Also there Wifi was not working also shower button not working which we also complaint but only they said sir we are working on it but nothing was done we stayed there almost 4 to 5 hours only. They initially refused a refund and instead offered to shift us to another room but upon checking its same electric issue there After a lot of discussion, they finally agreed to refund--but shamelessly deducted the food bill, even after such a traumatizing experience. A decent hotel would have at least shown the basic courtesy of waiving the food charges in goodwill. This place is not only unsafe but also lacks basic hospitality ethics. Avoid staying here if you value your safety and want a stress-free holiday. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would've given this hotel 0stars if possible. Very very dirty water in jacuzzi even after paying a decent amount to them. They literally ruined our whole day with which i am really disappointed.. very unprofessional behaviour of staff. Please don't book this hotel ever!!! No sense of talking poor customer service not clean at all rooms full with dust and dirty red water!!! Please be careful when taking your kids here!!! Very disturbing and disappointing

A really nice place.. each part of the hotel is thoughtfully built. We loved staying here and the best part is the foods were delicious. The staff were really helpful

Everything was good but due to monsoon season the dirty water got inside the tank and contaminated all taps in the bathroom. This made washing face, taking a bath impossible. But service and staff was good. Rooms and food was amazing aswell.

Excellent hotel, perfect stay. Amazing view of the mountains from the hotel's room. Jacuzzi was cherry on the cake.Beena gave a very warm welcome and very good hospitality in the restaurant.

Beautiful location, delicious food and amazing customer especially Rahul who was very efficient and respectful in his interactions. Nice place to sit down for a family meal :)
