Hotel is located at Mall Road near Mahatma Gandhi chowk. Hotel is on the way to Khajjiar, Denkund peak and Kalatop forest. Hotel is close to market area. Hotel offers room service or you can walk to nearby market area for various restaurants. Rooms were good enough in size for stay of 3 persons. Room was having all the basic amenities along with toiletries. Mall Road at 500m distance from hotel. Indo-Tibetan market at 200m distance from hotel. All time meal available at hotel and room service is also available. Both veg and non-veg menu is served. Live music every evening at hotel's cafe. Payment method includes cash and UPI.

It's a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. I could not find any facility which they do not have. My room number 107 was one of the best stay that we had. Myself and my wife being senior citizens were well taken care of. My big thank you to the entire staff and specially to the restaurant Dining Hut Staff. The breakfast and the dinner was excellent, non oily and very tasty and hygienic

Valley view deluxe rooms are the best. Food quality is also very good,especially breakfast specially cakes prepared from their own bakery. The compund is well lit in the evening and live music is there for guests. It is hardly two minutes walk from gandhi chawk.

Good Hotel @ Good Location.. Staff Service is Also Good.. I Would Recommend to Go For Valley View Room.. Breakfast is Average.. Their Buffet Dinner is Very Good.. They Are Also Offering Music Events Everyday From 8 to 10 Pm.. One Thing is: They Don't Have a Lift in Hotel.. U Have To Climb Stairs.. So Older People Cannot Stay There.. 1 Problem I Faced With Their Staff is: I Cannot Get Hot Water in Morning.. I Told Them to Send a Hot Water Bucket.. Overall I Would Recommend to Stay @ This Hotel..

Had lunch at their Indian restaurant. Some of my friends had at "Cheese and Olive". The food was very appetising and the view from the hotel was equally good. Just take care for parking as the road is narrow and there is not enough place to park the vehicle. You might have to park the vehicle at a good distance. It's walking distance from the central market though.

Excellent place to be in..Good location ,Scenic view of the Mountains &Valley..We Stayed at Family Suite.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Food was delicious with good varieties..the Mall Road and Market is very close at a Walking distance. The ambience in the rooftop area,with melodious Songs played in the evening and Bonfire-Simply amazing.You will feel we are at paradise. We had a very memorable 2 nights stay-were lucky to have snowfall at the resort itself.Overall it's a great place to be in,and I will have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Old property however good maintenance. Entertainment system is too old and cable TV n rooms with no clear reception. Had to struggle to watch Match in room. Also monkey makes lot of noise in the morning hours and you have no option except to leave bed early hours. Food was good and staff is very supportive.

The location is perfect--walking distance to the market but still peaceful. We loved the bonfire evenings and the staff even arranged a cake for our anniversary! Would definitely come back.
