OYO 49323 Hotel Maharaja

One liner for this hotel "My Life Worst Experience With A Hotel" Seriously third Class hotel with third Class staff and facilities. To share with you, I reached the hotel in evening , found nobody at reception, after sometime a person came speaking with not welcoming gestures.Unaware of any online booking, he called someone to confirm if there is any. Again that person in turn confirm from somewhere else and called back. All this took approx 1 hr. Now he took us to our room from a long gallery meant for parking to our room on first floor. No towels, no clean linen, no toiletries, not even a dustbin in the room. Intercom facility was not there , I had to visit reception personally everytime for some need. In the morning , no water available, it took me 30 minutes to find that person to inform him about same in this technological era. Complimentary breakfast was included in the fare, but these people outrightly denied of the same saying breakfast can't be offered in this price, whereas I had breakfast at even half the room price in another hotel at Amritsar. And one more thing , on asking for towels, that person provided 2 very old poor quality towels for 4 persons on caution that don't make our towels dirty. Its still hard to believe that this was an OYO hotel experience. My first very bad experience with a OYO hotel.I request OYO not to fool people with fake imagesof hotel and do maintain some standard and checks while authorising hotels to use OYO banner. I booked this hotel for double the price online which was being offered offline I checked in their register and from one another guest.
