Hotel Jungle Livinn - Resort at Hill Top

I recently stayed at The Jungle Livinn in Chail, and while the location and the natural beauty around the resort were impressive, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience due to the behavior of the staff and the quality of facilities provided. Let me start with the positives. The environment around the property is serene and picturesque--perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The views from the resort are beautiful, and the fresh air and greenery do add to the charm. Some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, particularly the sense of being close to nature. However, these positives were largely overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of the staff. I found many members of the staff to be extremely uncooperative, rude, and disturbingly perverted in their behavior. They often stared inappropriately, passed comments, and lacked basic etiquette and hospitality training. This made the stay uncomfortable, especially for female guests, and it's something the management seriously needs to address. Additionally, the staff seemed very prevent (sly/shrewd in a negative way) and dishonest, especially during the activities and games organized for guests. They manipulated rules to favor certain participants and were blatantly unfair, which took away from the fun and fair spirit these games are meant to promote. It felt less like a vacation activity and more like a rigged event where the staff prioritized their entertainment over guest experience. The facilities themselves were quite substandard compared to what was advertised. Rooms were not very clean, the service was slow, and maintenance was poor. Basic amenities were either not available or not functioning properly. Food was average, and the dining area hygiene left a lot to be desired. Overall, while the natural surroundings offered a much-needed break, the poor staff behavior, lack of professionalism, and underwhelming facilities made the stay disappointing. I would not recommend this place unless the management takes serious steps to improve their staff training, enforce professional conduct, and upgrade their services. There's potential in this property, but currently, it's being wasted due to negligence and mismanagement.

The service was below average; promised welcome food was not provided, and the receptionist argued arrogantly until the owner acknowledged the mistake. - Sports equipment was broken. - No cricket ball available. - They overcharged us at checkout without any written policy, claiming it's standard practice. Unprofessional staff, especially rude and arrogant reception team. Would not recommend.

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The staff were completely untrained and lacked basic customer service skills. Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unhelpful and disinterested in addressing any issues. As for the amenities, they were in a shocking state. The activity equipment was either broken or unusable--half and the supposed "outdoor games" were either missing parts or damaged. It's clear that the hotel hasn't invested in proper upkeep or maintenance for a long time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's overpriced, underwhelming, and the lack of competent staff and functioning facilities makes it a poor choice for any traveler. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. We had prebooked the place well in advance and planned everything accordingly, but when we arrived, they refused everything we had arranged. The commitments made to us were completely false, and they failed to deliver on any of the promises. The fun activity equipment we were expecting was unavailable, which completely ruined our plans. Additionally, the room service was extremely poor, with slow response times and unhelpful staff. Overall, it was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the hassle or disappointment.

I had a very bad experience during a team outing. The staff was unprofessional, and games like cricket and badminton, which they claimed to have, were not available. Warm water was also not provided. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
