Hotel Rooms & Views are Awesome and Staff Service is to Quick. All Staff Members are Polite and Supportive. Food is also Good. On Request they provide possible dinner in MAP Plan.

I recently stayed at kalista and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor service provided by the staff. Throughout my stay, the lack of professionalism was evident and food quality was also average with late service. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and when I requested the water bottles, the attitude of the staff was very rude. I also encountered issues with the room amenities--the heater was chargeable which is a very basic thing at a hill station. The restaurant staff was equally unhelpful. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order, and the food quality did not make up for the poor service. Staff did not helped in keeping the luggage. Overall, the lack of attention to guests' needs and the unfriendly attitude of the staff left a negative impression on me. I expected far better from a hotel of this caliber, and I won't be returning or recommending it to others.

The place is really awesome with good service, food and rooms too. The staff is also very soft spoken and well mannered. This property and staff will make you feel home away from home. Will recommend everyone in my family to stay in this resort and check the hospitality given by the staff and the management.. It was a very awesome experience to stay in kalista resort. The location of resort is very premium surrounded by snow cap hills. Rooms are very clean and staff is very polite. Mr. Vijay from canteen is very helpful and polite and gave us a very delicious food. I strongly recommend this resort for your stay when you visit manali.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful, well maintained and located at very good location in the valley. The views are mesmerising. Staff is polite, helpful and pro active. Food is amazing and hygienic. Rooms are well preserved with modern amenities. Thumbs up and highly recommended for all kind of travellers.
