Echor Bhramara Estate,

So while googling, I came across this property which me and my family planned to visit in February. As there was no phone number displayed on website to confirm the amenities provided , we trusted on The Echor Bhramara Chain and couple reviews and decided to go . First, the road for about 4 to 5 km was pathetic that leads to property. Second, there were no sign boards that could guide the way to property. We were at a place where we could see the property but unaware which road leads to it as there were three roads. It took us about 45 minutes to reach our destination after trying hit and trial method on all three roads. Third, when we reached the property it looked under construction. The pool was not a pool but a gutter as it was completely dirty with black water and no proper walkway that leads to the property. Fourth, the person who attended us told us that the property remains closed during snow period which includes two months January and February. However, this information was not mentioned on their website. So, after travelling through the dangerous route we got to know that the property was closed. We will not recommend this property to anybody at all. First, they don't post complete information on their website. Second, property is not fully constructed but broadcasted on Goibibo and MakeMyTrip like it's one of the best places to visit in the area. Do not get lured by what pictures are posted it's nowhere near that. We were lured and it was the worst nightmare. NEVER RECOMMENDED, VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

It was cosy stay with excellent interior. View from the property was excellent. One of the best home Stay, I have experienced. From check-in to Check-out time, the employees were excellent and pleasing. The view from each room is obviously awesome. The room was very spacious, with a water heater, kettle, and dining table, etc. This place has superb rooms, a dining hall, private sunroom. Overall loved everything at the property and can't wait to visit here again.....

Our group with 12 adults and 1 kid stayed at this property for 2 nights. The place had decent rooms and good views but apart from that everything else was a disappointment. My reasons for the 1 star rating are: 1. Accessibility - The roads leading up to the property are horrible and the approch ramp to the property is a nightmare for sedan and hatchback owners. You need a SUV to climb that dirt track. 2. Too many restrictions - Can't play music after midnight, the owner asked us to call it quits when the bonfire was still in its full glory. 3. Price - We paid 68,000 INR for rooms and 32,000 INR for food, total 1 lakh, and neither was worth the price. The listing mentioned a room heater in the room which wasn't available in any of the rooms. The owner charged us flat 650 INR per person irrespective of whether anyone ate anything or not. 4. No room service - Understandable since it's a home stay but they literally had 2 people doing everything. 5. Quality of food - The food was strictly average and the cook was a novice at best. The price charged and the food served was just adding insult to injury. The food spread was always limited to 3 items - Lentils, One Vegetarian curry and, for dinner, one chicken based curry with rice and chapati. With every item being subpar. Heck, we were offered sugar on the first day when we asked if there was anything in dessert. 6. Service - Linens were not replaced, Tea/Coffee making ingredients and water was never replenished. No room service, as I told you earlier. All in all I won't recommend this place to anyone. There are nicer places with better views, better service, better prices and much better food that are much more accessible.

Too expensive specially the food, they serve basic food which is understandable because it is at the top of mountain but 650 rs for an omlate and a cup of coffee, they charge 650 per meal per person which is way to expensive for the food they were serving, the most irritable thing was we had to remove our shoes at the front door in winters, we can't play music at night even at a low volume at the garden area, you can okay it inside, they won't provide bonfire after 12, it's a homestay with lots of rules which they didn't mentioned on website, it more of feels like a jail rather than a vacation stay. There are so many beautiful properties in Himachal where you can stay at 2000 inr for a person including the 3 meals, this property is also good but not worth the money, Last thing is that there no proper road to reach the property, consider the road conditions before coming here.

Excellent stay, harsh was humble and welcoming staff being offbeat location we reached late and harsh keep waited for us till late and served hot food. Location is isolated but beautiful as it gives 360' view of all around. Property is surrounded by Apple orchard all around so early morning birds chirping around is very soothing. Must visit for family get together.

The property is really amazing. The rooms, views, hospitality everything was so perfect. The roads to reach here are a bit troublesome but it's really worth it once you get here.

Absolutely wonderful homestay, run by the most wonderful family. Parikshit and his family will go above and beyond to make your needs met and make you feel at home! The views at this place are breathtaking, the room and interior is perfect!

It has 360 degrees beautiful view, the rooms were very clean. I have been for 2 nights and I enjoyed my stay.
