The hotel provided an exceptional experience! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. Unfortunately, my recent stay was marred by several issues. The most significant was the disappointing staff, TV not working in the room and phone lines being non-functional. These problems affected our overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Legend Sarovar Portico, Baddi. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring the room was spotlessly clean with special attention to every detail. The quality of sleep was excellent, thanks to the comfortable bedding and peaceful environment. The hygiene standards were top-notch, with the room and bathroom meticulously maintained. The staff's dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Overall, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and hygienic stay!

Great Hotel to stay and for Buisness conferences. My stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Food was amazing and not mentioned the cake we had. I was lucky enough to the meet the pastry Chef Hansraj, what a great personality he was. Kudos to all the staff at Sarovar Portico Baddi.

First worst experience with Hotel & staff. I've booked for 1 Double Bed. during the check-in they are providing 1-1 single bed due to unavailability of the rooms in Superior category (which is as per them basic, lowest category). Refuse to change the room. Please opt for other hotels as you don't know what you'll get after reaching at Hotel.

The room allotted to us was dirty especially the furniture & floors. The hotel hardly had any guests due to year end, still the receptionist had to check the status of 3-4 rooms before they alloted one. The geyser in the bathroom wasn't working. They only had 2 options in tea - masala & green tea (in the room). ||The answer to our questions at the reception were - "I am new and therefore have no idea, will check and revert", but... that never happened ||Food at the restaurant was ok but highly priced.

Nice stay in Hotel sarovar portico and the all satff and front office team is doing good job thank you .. and service is good food is good and the the room was so warm in the coldest weather. nice facilities with gym also table tennis in the 4th floor. Thankyou for good services.
