OYO Hotel Ks

Good palace for marriage and other functions it's also a oyo hotel bed are of good quality spring type ac tv service available some rooms ac doesn't work but some work good a fully ac hall available for 50-60 people plus a big hall with stage fully fan for 100 people plus a garden for 100- people parking is just extraordinary as it's opposite to barhmsarovar and the road is as open as 6 lane so no parking issue.

Review as on 21-09-2020 *Zero rating* K S Palace is located just opposite to Bharam Sarovar near Arjuna Chowk at Kurukshetra. Basically it is a palace available for organizing functions for the gathering of 100-150 persons. It has a lawn with a wide opening front gate, a hall on the ground floor for indoor functions/parties. About rooms and room service(s): Three types of rooms were there having Tariff of Rs. 800, 100 and 1400. (additional cost for extra bed upto rupees 250). All rooms are on the first or second floor. Room sizes are average size with AC facility, attached washroom with geyser and english toilet seat. Bed-sheets are full of stains, you ask for a fresh sheet and you will get another sheet which is full of stains either. TV and AC facility is available but you will not get the remote control of AC. Very poor quality of AC especially. FAN works like hell, it seems new fans but even switching them ON at 5 speed they run like at 1 speed. Only 1 switch socket is available for the charger. Drain pipes are blocked. Only one cook is there who provides food till 7 pm. You get a Menu Card that offers you various dishes but you only get Daal, Roti, Curd @100Rs. ( I didn't order anything because of High Prices for a small portion of food, so I can't comment on the taste). They take full payment at the time of check-in (Checkout time is 11 am) and refuse to provide the invoice stating that the rates are negotiated etc. Moreover, they don't have any digital payment mode. They only ask for cash payment. I have also noticed that they refuse the bookings already made through OYO, MakemyTrip etc. It's better to take the service of some Dharamshala nearby than booking rooms in this K S Palace. Views about the Staff and Owner is also not good in the local public.

Worst place. Don't visit here otherwise you will waste your money. Even the owner also Don't have the sense to talk someone. Also the prices are also very high. You will book room at low price online and if you go there, they will charge you more. I suggest you not to go in this hotel. Book another than this.

Nice palace cheap comparitive to other palaces fast service cooperative staff very well management advanced decoration overall very well must visit once thanks. Simply 5 star in less expense.

Nice Place to stay with family and friends. Beautiful view of Brahm Sarovar in the morning.

If there was a zero I would give that. We booked through online and this hotel denied us the room. We had to wait on the road in the middle of the night . Horrible hospitality pls do not select this hotel. This hotel must be removed from Oyo.

Rooms were nice but the staff is quite arrogant and ignorant.. Restaurant is not hygienic and food is not that great.. hotel is located near braham sarovar.. there are alot of restaurant nearby which are pocket and mouth friendly too.

Very cheap hotel. Even ACs r not working properly. No food service. rooms available r very suffocating. Very bad experience with KS Palace.
