StayVista at Francolin Farm - Sohna | Premium Villa with Private Pool

Despite the butlers and staff being courteous, the overall service was deeply disappointing due to severe understaffing--they simply couldn't handle a group of 25. The food experience was frustrating, with delayed snack service in the evening, breakfast shortages like running out of bread and milk, and poorly made tea. The overall quality was far from what one would expect at this price point. Adding to the disappointment, staff members did not wear proper uniforms, making the service feel unprofessional. For the amount this property charges, the experience was nowhere near justified. To make matters worse, visitors occupied common areas to discuss property deals while we were trying to decorate for a birthday celebration, completely disrupting the atmosphere. The biggest letdown was the lack of kitchen access, making even basic arrangements unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the experience was far from what we had hoped for.

Francolin Farms / Auric Acres - 1st Birthday Celebration Review I recently visited Francolin Farms / Auric Acres to celebrate my child's 1st birthday. The property consists of two interconnected villas connected by a small passage. Property Aesthetics: (5/5) The property is beautifully maintained, and both villas were in excellent condition. Food Service & Quality: (1/5) Unfortunately, the food service was extremely disappointing and impacted our overall experience. Although both villas have kitchens, the kitchen in the villa where our party was organized was non-operational. This caused major inconveniences, as food had to be prepared and served from the other villa, leading to delays and mismanagement. The quality and quantity of food were not up to the mark. Non-vegetarian dishes were prepared in very limited quantities, leaving many guests without proper servings. The service was poorly managed by Mr. Gautam. Despite sharing our complete schedule in advance, we had to constantly follow up with the staff to get the food preparation started. To make matters worse, during our main event in the evening, Mr. Gautam stopped answering our calls, making the situation even more frustrating.

The worst property ever visited through stay vista. Extremely rude staff as they are not co-operative at all. The property manager and care taker both are very rude all they care is about money. Staff response time is very slow. The quality of food is also below the mark. The behavior of the staff at the property lack professionalism. I would request people who are looking to book this property to look for another one as this property is not worth going.

Nice property.. great front yard and back yard. Faulty bathroom fixtures in one room and broken sports equipments kinda spoilt the experience. We even found Bed bugs in one of the blanket and stale breads during breakfast on Day 2.

This property is not worth the price. First hassle was to reach there as google maps didn't guide us right. The space that this property has is the plus point. We had bonfire and music in the night. Service was a big disappointment. Although the butlers and people are good but they are understaffed to cater to 10 people. Bedsheets were stained in the room I stayed which means they weren't changed. Food was just ok. Chicken snacks looked like they served the reheated ones from previous days. Staff doesn't wear proper uniform. The 20 litres bisleri bottle from where we were drinking water was green and algae was clearly visible. This property is not worth more than 25k a night for entire thing. They don't even give you kitchen access which is a big disappointment.

The place was fantastic. A lot of games and activities were present. We had a great time with friends group. Kids also enjoyed a lot. Only thing is that the location is secluded and difficult to find but the owner helped us in finding correct route so follow his instructions and not follow map blindly. My suggestion is to put some sign boards across the route so that it is easy for customers

Never book with these guys. They are so unprofessional had a horrible experience with them. I had a query with them.. they were initially responding very slowly.. Even after i said i want to book once they clear few cost issues for bbq and meals. Since the conversation was taking time on their end, i requested to block the date to which they didnt deny.. then at the very last minute they said property is booked at the very last minute..

The Property is well maintained and has all amenities needed for a family and weekend getaway. What makes it more comfortable is the Host team. Mr. Gautam, who leads the team is a good person and listens to the requirement and fulfil it, Shayam who is part of the team as a helper is a quiet person and completes all his work perfectly. Chef Manoj & Keshav Prepares the delicious food. Do not forget to taste Keshav's barbecue items. Ravindra is also part of the team and helps in maintaining the property. Overall Delightful experience.
