Ramaya The Boutique Hotel

I would give 5 stars for Uncle Krishna's behaviour, the hotel owner. I had booked the hotel for 2 weeks and was also anxious about such a long stay in the new city.He is such a compassionate person, he arranged for my pick and drop to the hospital, as I was here for my fellowship programme. Apart from complimentary breakfast, he even offered me complimentary simple home cooked food for dinner which I was desperately missing. He had asked all the staff to be there at my service, and everyone took a very good care. The location is also great, just in the heart of the city, opposite to police lines. So happy with their politeness and hospitality.

If you don't have a specific reason to stay in this area, one word: AVOID.||I booked an executive room 10 days in advance with 50% advance payment. Shockingly, just a day before my check-in, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that the room was no longer available. When I asked for a reason, the lady at reception claimed the room key had been misplaced. Later, another person--who claimed to be the owner--said it was due to plumbing issues. ||They then offered a downgrade to a lower-category room and refused to honor the original price. After a long argument, they reluctantly agreed--but removed breakfast from the package. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay there since my child's matches were at a government college just 300 meters away.|||The reception staff seems trained to say "no" to every request. They even have a rooftop swimming pool but charge 500 per person to access it, which is ridiculous for a property like this. Their attitude and arrogance were on another level.||Now to the room itself:||We were put in a standard room. While the room was spacious, it was poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, dirty towels, worn-out mattresses with springs poking through, and overall subpar service quality.||So 2 star for the spacious room. rest all Zero

We stayed at this property as it was close to my son's tournament venue. The minute we reached there, we realized it was nothing as compared to the pics you see on the website. Zero maintenance, dirty linens, dirty restaurant, dirty washrooms. In the 3 days we stayed, I could not have the bathroom lock fixed despite multiple complaints. Food when ordered, came in open containers kept on top the plate in which we needed to eat. Rude and unconcerned owner. I ordered for simple boiled eggs for my child at 7am saying please give me by 8.00am. At 8am when I checked, they said sorry...breakfast starts at 8.30am. And mind you, I had booked the supposed executive room. Bed has springs that poke you..AC controls are kept on top of a cupboard in the washroom... when I asked for a cup to pour milk for my kod, the cup had so much dirt which I cleaned with a tissue in front of the staff and showed them.. pathetic hotel and pathetic service. Do NOT BOOk!!!

Very bad experience with this hotel. No proper staff and no cleanliness at all , their ac was not working and still we waited 3 hours and were not ready to give refund , owner is full of ego but we made sure that we give them back , took extra 6 hours of checkout and gave them back in their language but still not recommendable , worst hotel To visit in short and worst staff and worst owner.

Brilliant scam. 100% charges for cancellation policy. Not worth at all to stay. Hotel is made up of cartoon sheets and plywood sheets with imperfection. Bathroom & Toilet are malodour. Service not good calling for any item again and again they has not responded

In this Ramaya hotel very bad experience. No cleaned rooms and no proper staff,In hotel staff is not educated and staff person are lier hotel ramaya Ac not properly work.ramaya hotel Owner is full of egobut we made sure that we give them back , took extra 6 hours of checkout and gave them back in their language but still not recommendable , worst hotel. Most terrible stay I've even been in. Dirt, dust, broken floor, sockets are coming out, no washroom mat, kitley isn't working, no cells in remote, washrooms aren't clean. ceiling is broken on corners and spunge coming out of it. You can wait for ages and Hot water wont come in tap. Towels were dirty, No one was there to assist you for luggage. Will never ever recommend this to anyone.

Very nice place..... We enjoyed swimming party over there...staff also very polite....you can come here without any hesitation
