We booked the venue for the entire day for our pre-wedding festivities, including Haldi, Mehendi, and Sangeet. Both the function and dining halls were perfect in terms of furniture, cooling, cleanliness, and interior decor. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner served were fresh and absolutely delicious--every guest appreciated the food and the excellent service. Both halls were well-cooled, providing a comfortable environment throughout the events. For the chaat counter, we booked 'Bhuru' on our end. All the waiters provided exceptional service. They served hot bread to every guest and ensured everything was delivered promptly--their service was impressively fast and attentive. The venue is perfect for gatherings of around 150 guests, offering ample space without feeling crowded. However, the rooms could be improved. My overall experience with the was average. But for both hall, food and service were great. In conclusion, it was a wonderful venue for celebrations, especially in terms of food, service, and event space. With some upgrades to the rooms, it would be a perfect package for any occasion.

Heights of unprofessional attitude they book the hall with half of the price in advance them transfer ot to their own relative that too without any notification..so what to do with such people. How to manage our function that is in 5 days ... We wil definitely file an official complaint against them ..as we have all the proofs .. registration booking and advance payment receipt ....

Nice hotel for small parties and functions..food was alright, service was decent..party halls were decent enough to host parties for 50 to 70 people

Poor quality rooms with stinking washrooms too costly as per food and services not more than 1000 Rs room

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food quality was unacceptable. Our food was served cold, lacked any real flavor, and didn't feel fresh at all. Even worse, I noticed the waitstaff taking sips of drinks before serving them to customers--a serious hygiene issue that left me appalled. Overall, the experience felt unhygienic.

I am not going to book this hotel again. The rooms are filthy and stinky; the property requires renovation and maintenance, as well as pest control. The paint has been removed from the wall, and the curtins are extremely dirty. Sunmica was removed from the doors and other wood furniture. Because small cockroaches and musqitos are found on the breakfast table and throughout the room.

Rooms are a bit small but maintained very well. Clean rooms and washrooms with proper amenities available. Hotel is too good for a place where tourism is too less.

Worst management. They book party hall by taking advance money and cancel it without even telling you. No one listen to customer complaints.
