Room with Poor maintenance was provided.. The floor of bathroom was not as clean, No Hot water supply was provided, Even called at reception.. they advised If u wants hot water ... u have to use washroom before 09:30 AM only.. after that no hot water service will be provided...because our hotel is using Boiler system....the cupboards were little smelly, Breakfast was not as per menu... Only 2 items were there instead of 5.. quality of Tea isn't good.. All the above data discussed at reception but .. all in vain ... Receptionist was like... It's all not in my hand... Rest.. location and overall view is good.

Very bad service. Had to wait about half hour in reception even when the room was already booked . Don't come if you hate lousy and slow service.

Very very dirty room very unhygienic it was infected by termites and room service is worst food was not good and staff was not even listening us. Spring of Mattress was hurting us we were not able to sleep at night TV was like a wall piece it was not working

Nice place for mid way stop..one thing I like most is availability of statiq fast charger for my ev..

The reviews are genuine, pathetic service and if there is any lower rating than one star I would have given that. Don't waste your money and experience

Well maintained hygienically very good well response by staff near and clean with all amenities well attached to NH 48 beutiful greenery swimming pool kids play all over good experience.

Worst place to stay very unhygienic it is infected with termites everywhere
