Rooms are spacious and nicely maintained.|This property is really good but I would suggest owner that staff you select they must serve for two three months in some 4 star or 5 star hotel so that they greet with smiling face .i think that can accommodate many short comings if any. Sir your management should have daily meeting with staff specially with reception staff that how they should greet guest . |I hope that will|Make a change and hotel no doubt its best in the area. Hope to see changes in normal procedure of greeting.|Best of luck

The restaurant has a really nice vibe, perfect for both casual hangouts and special occasions. The staff is friendly, and the service is pretty good. The food is tasty. The place is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to chill. Overall, a great place to eat and spend time with friends or family!

Found a fully grown cockroach in the rice during the lunch buffet and when the hotel staff was informed about this, one of the staff members simply took away the plate with a disgusting grin on his face without any apologies or any other food alternative whatsoever. Also, one of the staff members knocked on our door at 1:30 am and threatened us to check us out at that very instant cause a bunch of kids were knocking on their GM's door and running away. Other than this, the shower does not work, wifi signal did not reach our room, bed bugs on the comforter, no ventilation in the bathroom, and the staff is also very rude. Undoubtedly one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Wouldn't even choose this hotel if it was provided free of cost

That's was amazing hotel and services was very much better and excellent , like meal service, room service and other more. Staffs are really humbled and caring and behaviour is was good and excellent as well. I am really enjoyed here. I will suggested many more peoples to visit the " HOTEL CLASSIC RESIDENCY "

Was here on a College trip, here's what everybody faced (4 in each room)- 1. Dirty, small and smelly rooms. Insects and bedbugs in most rooms and bathrooms. The shower (atleast in our room) didn't work. NO EXHAUST in any of the bathrooms. Dirty and dusty glasses and kettle. 2. No security or CCTVs in most parts of the building. Massively unsafe, especially for women. The main gate is also open and unguarded. 3. Rudest staff - refused to provide extra pillows, towels or blankets. They did not clean our room as requested and gave stupid excuses. At 1AM, They also threatened some people that they'll check them out as the GM is getting disturbed or something. And it wasn't even the customer's fault, someone else was creating the problem. 4. INSECTS IN FOOD- yes there was a cockroach inside a naan paratha. They took away the plate and just discarded it WITHOUT ANY APOLOGIES OR REGRET. (We will be registering a complaint with necessary authorities). 5. Bonus- Some rooms smelled likes cigarettes. Overall- Not Worth even if free.

this establishment fails on all fronts: rooms are cheap and substandard, food is stale and bland and the service staff is exceptionally arrogant. the bathrooms in the rooms have no exhausts, which creates a large steam buildup. the water bottles in the room were not sealed, and the glasses provided were dirty. the staff made arbitrary threats to the guests of making them vacate in midnight. some rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, which was a significant discomfort. the food provided had a large cockroach; when brought to the notice of the staff, they were least bothered. in the name of basic decency, please avoid this place.

Wrost hotel everyone staff is Thief Booked rooms a month ago and were not given to us and given to hall. Please don't go to this hotel all the staff after 9pm drinks us guest rooms and bad word use from guests I'm going to higher authority of hotels association

The hotel staff does not have hospitality manners. The staff is very rude, could sense the hostile behaviour towards us. No proper food was served. Did not have the proper services. 0/10 do not recommend ever.
