OYO 24811 Bhumi Residency

The property is easily locatable.it is on the main highway road. ||The rooms are medium in size and the bed matress and washroom everything was neat and clean. ||The hotel staff is very less in number.but they were supportive, good and we're co-operative. ||We couldn't have our breakfast as we had left early so cannot comment upon it. Rest all was well. You can stay for short stay only. The rooms doesn't have any balcony or any type of view or window. ||Property is well maintained.

This was an unplanned addition in our road trip. we called them and within 20 mins. we reached their they gave us the best hospitality which we could have asked for. Their was not even a single cons it was full with pro. 1) best hospitality 2) good tea and food 3) prompt service any time 4) location is wow as you have station and shopping place nearby where you will get everything. \ overall in our 12 days trip this was the best place and best service which we have got. staff was too good and helpful. so this is the place i will always want to visit again for good food and prompt service.

It was just a good place for stay only, it is located at very good place on the main highway road. Its services are not very good, staff is very much slow, food delivery is very late, other services are also not satisfying, some staff behaviour is not acceptable. Overall, just a place to stay for a day or a night not for spending your holidays in panipat. There is no parking space outside it. Cleanliness is maintained there.

The night manager of this property was not cooperative at all.Room service for basic orders such as a spare glass, a bedsheet, water, tea etc weren't served at first we had to repeatedly call the reception and at times, the mobile number of Bhumi residency only to get our order delivered half an hour later. This also happened during the mornings delaying us for the entire day. The wifi never had internet connected. The set top box showed hardly any channels. The toilet seat flush released only little water and could not be used for several minutes till it got refilled every time. The shower didn't give out any water. The toilet exhaust made an extremely deafening noise, so much so that it could never be used. There was no laundry bag. The hotel has next to none parking space and the night time manager has this limited space encroached by vehicles that do not even belong to the customers. Overall, I'd say the ratings visible for this hotel are highly misleading and immediate and strict amendment/action should be done against the hotel management. I can never recommend the hotel again to anyone looking for a stay at Panipat.

I stayed there on an official visit , the person at gate was talking in local language..Idhar le aa..udhar khadi kar de..he was talking like he is talking to a driver.. Although i though to leave him due to his freshly dyied hairs (Age). Room didn't have any working phone , so i have to walk to the reception whenever it required, Room didn't had a working cable which they charged for 59 and worked for some hours.Stopped working in morning. They have all taps fitted which are standard with hot water but you need to manually release the gyeser(invisible under wall) on/off switch for hot water and to my knowledge me and my colleague have to take bath with cold water and discovered it later after bathing. (What a striking co incidence cos noone showed this thing. Rooms had an exhaust fan still a bad smell existed whole night where i kept exhaust on just to get rid off it. Last they rejected card payment in morning after checkout. We payed 4300 just for a night stay.. With no service.

Very disappointed from their room service!! The room's A/c was noisy and was then changed by the staff which I appreciate.. Ordered food, the idiot service boy brought sabzi without chapati and manchurian without fried rice After 15 mins he brought chapati and rice. RIP common sense. In short worst experience!!

Rooms are Ok and food is good. Hot water not provided and no arrangement. Rooms are Ok for 1-2 days max. Nearby store Namaste 24 its just like twenty four seven. *Note- Wine shops are open till 12:00 am in Haryana.

Worst experience ever had in any restaurant/hotel...The hotel makes false commitments and staff behaviour is just nightmare. The owner is just add on to the nightmare. Rooms are OK, but who want to handle the worst hospitality. Don't go for it, it's just waste of your money and time both.
