Little Acre Hotel

We had a function and had requested rice in the menu, but the staff ran out and didn't provide it after lunch. We had also booked decorations, which weren't done. Our family members were left standing with empty plates. It was a function for 50 people, and they were serving only 4 rotis every 15 minutes, which was a very poor service. The manager apologized repeatedly, but the whole program was ruined, and we were humiliated in front of our family

This hotel has very bad service. Complementary breakfast was included in my booking but after ordering breakfast at 8 am, the housekeeping staff said that the kitchen staff is not available and will come after 9 am, so breakfast will be available after 10 am. I had to leave the hotel without breakfast for office. The TV in the room is not working. On complaining about this, the manager said that it is my smart TV and you can use the TV by logging in with your mobile, otherwise the TV will not work. After the room was handed over at 8:30 in the morning, the room was not cleaned until 4:00 in the evening. Overall very poor service at the hotel and I do not suggest anyone to stay in a hotel where there is nothing in the name of service.

Very bad food quality... taste was ok but was very spicy and now my stomach is paining and burning because of their bad quality food, and I will never visit this outlet again in my entire life. Decent hotel and Food is very good. Staff members are very polite.However, Service is worst ,provide us dirty cushion and used slippers even dental kit is used products.

Very poor taste of food. Stale raita n tastleless bland biryani. Wont be visiting again

The stay was pleasant. The hospitality was good. Mr. Bakshish made our stay comfortable and made sure we have a good experience.
