Booked this place for a family event and it was well managed by the hotel staff. Neat and clean place with delicious food. There are little restrictions as they have fixed vendors and they charge more than the market price. Overall experience was great.

Hotel is located right at the highway in the direction of Delhi. Have decent room which seems to be very new. Overall a good experience we had for an over night stay.

Rooms are very small and bathrooms can be termed as birds nest. ||Cleaning is okay, room service is very limited and not good. We ordered bread butter toast and it was pathetic. No proper toast or butter. Just warm a bread slice and bare minimum butter. Chargers are extraordinarily high.||Breakfast was very limited and was not bad. ||We forget neck tie on check out. Called hotel reception many times but no response.||We stayed at this property as marriage party booked these rooms. ||Best advice: avoid.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite multiple attempts to use the intercom for assistance, no one ever picked up. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected a much higher standard of service from a reputed establishment and hope the management addresses these issues promptly.
