As per your bad reviews of customer against your food & staff we think your staff is not having guilty so provide us ur FSSAI no we will complaint to FDA & NCH. You are taking your costumer granted. I am writing to express my concern about the poor food hygiene and unsatisfactory service I experienced at your restaurant on yesterday I was extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards of the food I was served.

Very bad staff. Reception area doesn't have an AC. We came for a wedding for which our hault was this hotel. We went in the restaurant to sit just for 5 minutes as we were waiting for our rest of the family to come after getting dressed from their third class rooms . The manager there said to vacate the empty restaurant as it incur them a loss as fresh guests would not be able to sit. We told them that we would be leaving in 5 minutes , but in vein. The rooms are also filthy and not upto standards. If you only have last option, then only book this hotel, else if possible, please avoid this . Thanks Akshit

Horrible Service from the staff and Dineout function experience in Hotel Regency. Issue Faced during the function: 1. They were ordering starters from somewhere outside, Starters were not fresh and was too stale. 2. No professional waiters hired for the service although amount was charged. They don't have basic sense of serving food. 3. Room booked for the whole day. They started AC service in the room at around 5 PM and it goes long for around 2 hours. 4. Banquet Hall matt was too dirty through out the function. Matt was tored out. we asked multiple times to change the matt even manager was not taking the responsibility.

Never stayed in the hotel but the restaurant is awesome! A nice place to eat with friends or family in panipat. Food quality is great and staff are very friendly. Adequate parking space is also available in adjacent lane. Everything is available at reasonable prices. You can either eat or also get your food packed for your journey. It's a must visit place in panipat (situated at GT road). A great dining experience for me.

Diffetent tastes of chicken will give you full satisfaction. Very quiet and very family friendly place. One of the best place to have meals in Panipat. But the cost is little high. But then you cannot complete a plate alone so you can always share.

I visited restaurant, food quality has come down, previously several times I had and it was good
