Amazing food with amazing service in entire city. I went several times at the hotel. The food as well as the hotel rooms are so nice. The staff is so cooperative. Budget friendly with best experience. Specially the new 201 room, it looks so amazing.

Top class HOTEL in Narnaul Haryana Best in class with economical rates. Overall it was a wonderful stay. They have their own inhouse restaurant which offers amazing food. Staff is very courteous and highly professional.

It is good hotel.Nice interior of reception and big dining hall with big LED.Rooms are neat and clean.Hospatality by every staff is nice spoken.Study table is quite useful for lap top official working .

Restaurant has nice ambience, good decor, taste of dishes is nice, service is fine, parking could be a issue sometimes, if crowded. It has lift for reaching to restaurant. Well maintained. Mainly north Indian food that's good. South Indian food choice is limited and ok in taste. In Narnaul it is good restaurant.

We had very bad experience , we booked a bdy party buffet on 27 sep 2020 , 600 rs per plate. Half of the Restaurant space was allocated , everything was discussed and planned with hotel manager. We get the space allocated to us and we decorated it . Immediately after all decoration was done and party was about to begin , restaurant owner came and started abusing us in very rude and angry manner . He told us we cant decorate the half hall for 20 people buffet , however restaurant manger allocated that space. Restaurant owner started yelling on us continuously even after we explained everything , infront of his staff and our decoration vendors and friends. The main reasons seems to be that hotel manger and owner are not on one page. And i heard that they got one more party booked on last minute. Hotel owner does not respect the customers. Owner was shouting and asking his staff " inke sab log counting karna , kabhi 20 bolkar jyada na aajaye". A person who treats his customer like this cant give respect and hospitality. I think this is the last time i have visited this below average restaurant. There are other very good restaurants like Hotel Rao and hotel Appar who will never do such behaviour. With God's grace bdy party of my daughter went well but it really spoiled all the mood and excitement. There is no doubt the food preparation and quality was good , but behaviour and respect comes on priority at first place. We dont recommend this hotel to anyone.
