We visited this hotel after booking on OYO app, after reaching the hotel the hotel owner said that we will have to pay more than @567 shown in the app @1100. When we talked about complaining about all this they said nothing can be done, do whatever you want. Somehow they gave us the room at this price but then switched off the AC of our room and said pay extra money or else get out of here. All these things show that hotel owners do not treat customers well, they first make the customer forget by taking tempting offers on the app and then ask for more money, the poor needy customer gets trapped.
