Hotel Saffron

We had our wedding here. As a wedding venue it's really great - food is also good. The hotel has a lot of potential to improve, maybe hiring some female staff can help you. The rooms are nice and big but not properly maintained. The food is good too and reasonably priced. Our issue is mainly on the staff asking us for tips all the time just because we are foreigners - if we do give tips, some of them ask minimum 500rps. Why? We are already paying for the stay, whatever we give extra should come from our heart and not from bullying. Please improve and train your staff properly because you really have a nice property!

This hotel is really bad. Guys if you can avoid this hotel please do. The workers here asked for tips, they will wait until you give them a tip. We had the worst experience in this hotel, the wifi is always off after 12am. We ordered some foods in the room and after the foods were served we were giving the workers 200 rupees, they refused and asked for 10% each server. We told them to go away and did not give them anything. The management did not do anything at all. I hope people would not experience the same thing we did. Our room has not been cleaned for three days, the bottled water also has not been provided everyday. A bit dissapointed on their service really. Please be careful all the time if you want to stay in this hotel.

I got chance to attend the party at banquet hall of saffron. The hall is good newly renovated with nice lighys and big chandeliers but the floor carpet was too dirty. was looking disgusting. After some time hall smells smoky because of food stalls and bad air conditioner. Apart from that, the food was really bad , way of preparation food was terrible. overall go for it if you don't have any choice. but not recommended.

Stayed there for a night. Night stay en route Anantpur Sahib . Reached there in the night, staff available at the gate took care of y car, later during dinner the restaurant was busy but then again the staff there helped and and told us when a table was available. Food was also good. We left early in the morning by 0700, check out was smooth. Rooms are ok.

The first room that we got had leaking (water) dripping wall and ceiling. It was immediately changed ! The food and service very very nice. Parking our self driven car turned out to be the only other remaining worry by the end of the day

This might have been the worst hotel/restaurant the staff is tooo arrogant and egoistic they dont have any work ethics in service industry i have travelled many many cities but this was my worst experience ever the food was also ok just average nothing special about it we asked the waiter about one of their dish and they were all confused what to say i would not recommend this hotel to anyone also the most rude and unethical behaviour by their staff please find any other hotel than this garbage for great life ahead please dont waste your precious money on people who dont even know a S about service

Worst hospitality received ever in any hotel in my life.Recpetion workers are too much rude and they don't have any sense of how to talk to persons.Waiters and room service is okay.But reception staffs must be changed otherwise no one will opt for this hotel

This hotel cum restaurant cum banquet hall is present at a prime location in kurukshetra, Haryana. It has amazing food and great ambiance. They also offers to organize marriages, and other kind of similar functions.
