It is a very good hotel. Their rooms are very good. It was very good that they took extra care of cleanliness. I felt that no matter how many rooms were booked here, everyone was not facing any problem. Their staff is very good. They give respect.

I used to go here since childhood. Parties, gatherings, restaurant. It's kinda familiar place to me.

Good hotel for night stay. Hygiene can be a bit better in the rooms

Had to ask for everything, no wifi if you want to work. Food is amazing

It is situated in main market on railway road with nice access to city and other tourist destinations in and around kurukshetra. Due to crowded street , parking is a problem as their banquet is quite busy and they don't have underground parking and offers street parking only which is usually occupied by shopkeepers in the same building. One have to wait for long time to adjust their vehicles in the parking lot except late nights. Rooms on the first floor are quite old and small in size whereas second floor rooms are bigger in size with higher fare. Moreover, renovation is going on which makes it more difficult to live in, due to smell of paint and polish. Noise of parties won't allow guests to live peacefully specially on first floor. Room service is their painful nerve, sometimes they won't listen to the phone call made by guests due to high noise as their reception area is in front of their banquet hall. Attitude of service boys are quite unprofessional as they took a lot of time to attend the requests of the guests. The food quality is not good as they use cheap ingredients like butter, paneer etc which is not at all expected from such an old and reputed hotel of a tourist destination like kurukshetra.

Extremely approachable location for Kurukshetrians. Food is great and a treat for a food connoisseur. I got 7 rooms booked for my guests on 16th May. All my guests were satisfied with the rooms' cleanliness and other amenities. Just a humble suggestion. There should be a seating arrangement for the waiting customers when the restaurant is packed to its capacity.

Not good . staff is not coperative no survice provide staff is rudely behaviour
