Hotel MAAN

Strong will to give them less than 1 star . For this I will not only blame hotel staff , but the owner of hotel is very Unprofessional and unbothered towards the functions happening in there marriage hall , which ultimately leads to Lack of management , Dissatisfaction among Barati . They didn't even properly served the food to Bride and groom , Chapati too 5-10 min , rice 20 min and dal took nearly 15 min . And when The guest asked the sweets to let bride and groom make each other eat ( as a Shagun ) he keep them awaiting around 25 minutes . In all these distress no one appropriate person was there to acknowledge and address the issue just bunch of inexperienced waiters who were not able to handle the situation . At the end it created the very uncomfortable situation for the both side (bride and groom ) of family .

Last week I attended a function in maan hotal . Food (sweets ) quality very bad.

I have attended a family function on 8th sept 2023, also stay one night in hotel room. Toilets in hotel rooms were not clean and toilet seat, mirrors was broken too. I visited in ladies toilet at function hall but unfortunately toilet rooms are not cleaned and was in worst condition too.

One of the worst hotel .No mirror in bathroom. Staff specially Balram rude behavior.
