Hotel Kimaya

Very Poor Service. Good Ambience but not maintained properly. Stayed in Room No.710. intercom not working, Towels provided were too dirty,No Bathing Soap,No drinking water. Any way.......

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are fast to assist and so is the management team. Clean facilities/bathrooms and a fantastic restaurant with really delicious food. We stayed in a family room for a few weeks. It was air conditioned, very clean and comfortable during 35 degree Celsius days. The rooms are quite even when they hosted a wedding with over 400 guests during our stay.

My friends and I are regulars at this hotel for food. I've never tried the rooms or party halls, so I won't comment on them. The food is great. I have loved their Kohlapuri chicken, their chef's special chicken, their malaai kofta (quantity is limited to two koftas), and garlic naans, these would be personal recommendations. While you wait for your food, their green pudina chutney is in itself a delicacy to devour. The staff is cordial enough and always give us a student discount when we ask for it.

My husband and I along with few other friends went to visit Kurukshetra. Booked this hotel. The rooms are never swept i think and the sheets did not look as if they have been washed. They had some filthy stains. The towel left in the room to use was ripped and is like a rag. We knew that it is not a 5 star hotel when we booked and we were not expecting too much. But clean sheets and clean room and bathroom are the least one needs to get in any accommodation. Went to have dinner in their restaurant. We were served Potato and cauliflower vegetable that was stale. The Potato was on the way out and smelt foul. We sent the dish back. They did not charge for that but they should not be serving that in the first place. I am really surprised with the good reviews the hotel has been given. The only plus point is that the people working there are very nice. But they just dont know how to maintain a clean hotel. Never going back and never going to recommend that hotel to anyone.

This hotel is located in kurukshetra and it is awesome. I visited here with my friend and we enjoyed a lot. The staff is well mannered and polite to talk.rooms are cleaned and ventilation facilities are next level. I'm planning to visit in the future also.

I have been to this hotel many times. When it was newly opened in our area there were not much people coming for dinner. But now whenever we go with family, its having good rush of people coming for dinner and it is always a nice experience when it comes to dinner in kimaya. The rooms are fine but now not as what you can expect in the price you are paying. The location is easily reachable by auto or the local bus comes to the bus stand situated near the hotel. Must try and visit this.

A upmarket hotel where a wedding reception was hosted. The food was just reasonable. Service ok. Did not visit the restrooms so cannot speak about the upkeep of the place. The hall that was used could hold about 150 people at a time along with the buffet being served in the side.

The hotel is located at one of the prome location from where I needed to travel. The staff is good, the service is good. Food was Ok. The major concern was natural lighting and upkeeping of rooms. There was dirt all over the room and I could feel the room was cleaned properly after the last guest checked out. Dirty linens and towels. No toileteries except soap. All in all avoidable, if a better place can be found.
