Hotel Alpine

Fairly good deal. Quick response. Did Last minute booking so they were quite prompt with the response. Food was also fine.

Problem in service manager not copratib & room service staff very rouad...I tell room service boy gave water bottle in 10 pm but he is not provide..I feel very thirsty i call on room service boy no budy pick call There after I go to reception at 11.55 pm no budy there . Whole night I stay with out water...

Food & location is good but there service for celebration is not good. We had celebrate Teej function here but there mic is not working. We complain too many times but they don't give any effort to solve our problem . We don't have any choice at the time. Very disappointed for that one. Otherwise hall was good & fully air condition.

Advice: Please go & check out the room first & don't do online booking in advance. If you are satisfied with the room amenities ac working etc then go otherwise there are many hotels in the near by. First thing I like is the location not hotel. AC working ok ok, At 16 degree room not justifying 27 degree. No "all out" in the hotel to stay away from mosquito. Owners are not interested in running the hotel well. Maintenance is must required in which they are not interested to work in. Breakfast starts at 11am if anyone wants to go early so you have do it anywhere but not here. Rom service is average. I have to think about other option on visiting the city .

Bad Room , Smell Bad, Cleaning not Good, Dirty Room, lighting very bad, Everywhere darkness, peagon inside the room......!

I wanted to give zero stars but its not an option. I ordered food from them, I clearly mentioned that dont make it spicy at all and above that I called immediately. This preparation is worse than a dhaba even they give fresh food and follow customer preference. My parents had to eat this that's y I called also to double ensure. There is extreme burning sensation in chest that's how much spicy they prepared. Inspite of being sorry the manager on call has only shown arrogance and said everyone likes our food if u dont it doesn't matter. Shame on such hotel. I previously ordered many things from here it was first time I ordered main course. Hotel Alpine is out of my list now forever. I don't know abt their in house services but food and staff on call who takes order is certainly not good

Everywhere water is complimentary but they people charge payment for water. What an amazing service. I stay 3 days there not even a single day they people clean the room. Pathetic service guys l..

Great hotel. staff were amazing. super friendly from the moment you get out of the cab. The guys out the front always had a smile on their face and always giving directions and great tips on things to do. Check in was a breeze and even received an upgrade to the junior suite. The room was amazing heaps of room. i could not fault this hotel perfect stay. Location is great very short walk to main market. would defiantly stay again
