Very bad food quality. I have booked for a birthday event. I suggest everyone to avoid this hotel.

Food is very poor but talking staff and no response it's very bad found hair in most of the dishes we ordered...

Very Bad Experience of hotel. As per menu Breakfast Time is 7 Am to 11 AM but Till 7.30 No Any Staff Pick Up Call . After 10 Time Call Staff Pick Call and staff Ask Breakfast Tim4 is 8 AM. I have booked the room through corporate with Breakfast and Dinner Package. As per Hotel Manager Discussion he didn't provide Proper Meal in Dinner and Morning didn't take Breakfast.

Worst hotel ever i seen, staff is not trained, service is very slow, hot water not available, water bottle cost 30 Rs, cleaning is not proper, all rooms are smoking zones, smells very bad. Only plus point is its located near new bus stand and on highway. Not recommending to anyone.

Neat and clean rooms and bathroom . Staff was very supportive. You can consider this hotel for a stay. Located At a distance of about 500 metres from kurukshetr new bus stand.

Their executive sold a coupon by making false commitments and now they are not honoring the coupon and are saying that you will have to eat sitting in the hotel. While selling the coupon I was told that I can pack any item.

I am utterly disgusted by my experience at this hotel. Not only was my privacy blatantly violated, but the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable. Upon entering my room, I noticed that personal items had been moved and rifled through. It was evident that someone had been in my room without my consent. When I confronted the front desk about this breach of privacy, they brushed it off and showed no remorse. To make matters worse, I witnessed staff members gossiping about guests in the lobby, openly discussing personal information and making derogatory comments. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely appalling and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. Your privacy and dignity are not respected here, and the staff's behavior is reprehensible.

They are claiming courtyard view but the room is totally closed with no window or no view. The bed sheet was not clean, the lights were very low. Intercom was not working properly. The room was spacious. Tea and food is costly.
