Great experience at the Hotel DKRadiance. Easily accessible from main highway and plenty of parking space. It is a newly constructed hotel. We spent one night and attended a sangeet event here. The room are spacious and clean. The room we stayed in (209) didn't have a functioning air conditioner as electrical work was incomplete. It was not the case with other rooms. The banquet is eloquently made. The decor and furniture are premium and comfortable. Not mighty impressed with the food though. The staff is helpful and co-operative but the room service was a but slow. The breakfast spread was simple but tasteful.

This place is ridiculous. I will not recommend this at all especially for your big events. They told my guests that their food is finished in the starting of the event and the food and services is third class. Do not deal with sandeep. He is a manager over there and he don't know how to deal with the customers.

Place has a good ambience but avoid going there on festivals as their main restaurant is not that big. On Karva they had moved the restaurant to the basement hall to accommodate more people. But there was chaos all around. Live music was good. But waiters seem to be new, they didn't even know table numbers and delivered wrong orders. Waiting time for food was too much. Bill showed items that we never ordered. More of the mismanagement.

We went for dinner here and found FLy(Makhi )in red onion not a good option for food.

Food was pathetic, As honey chili cauliflower :- crust was overcoat with excess cornflour and dish was tasteless no salt no chilly no honey Mashroom tikka was also tasteless

Horrible experience spending whole night without fan or Ac in the room it was problem with all the rooms in the corridor 201 to 209 staff so incooperative . that our intercom access to reception was not working poor hospitality .

Poor service, poor staff. Pathetic customer service. I had a coupon for one night stay but the receptionist refuse to give us the room told me his all rooms are occupied for next 25 days... They are scaming people by selling coupons which they refuse by giving stupid excuses..
