Extremely poor room service & overall customer support; rooms are very old, poorly maintained; washrooms are also not clean. Banquet has poor furniture with stains on covers; staff isn't quite interested in serving customers. Food is ok; location is good. Could have been better option if basics like hygiene, cleaniness, aesthetics and service are improved.

Situated on the jewel chowk, karnal is a good hotel to staty for business and with family. The rooms are very spacious. Do book Suites for enhancing room experience. Breakfast is also very tasty, service is very quick .....

The best feature of the hotel is location. EVERYTHING ELSE IS ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFACTORY! The food is hugely overpriced and still the quality is not up to mark. The authenticity of the recipes is not msibrsined. The roti (be is Missi Roti, Makki Roti or Wheat Roti) are overcooked and too crispy. The dals are reasonably good. THE BREAKFAST IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! The rooms are ill maintained and hygiene and cleanliness are visibly compromised. The power socket near the bed was not working. The toilet seat was dislocated and towels were not clean. The hygiene jet was not working properly. The door lock of the bathroom was out of order. The bathroom was too cramped. The wash basin looked unclean. There were insects in the rooms which is uncommon in the month of December. The supplies in the rooms are inadequate or missing. The hotel provides two water bottles of 500 ml each in a room. The soap provided is either very old or very poor quality. It does not clean as there is no foam. ON THE CHECKOUT DAY, WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR AN EVENT AND WE REQUESTED THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT FOR BREAKFAST AT 7.00 AM AND IT WAS AGREED UPON. THE ROUTINE TIME OF BREAKFAST IS 7.30 AM. BUT THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT READY BY 8.00 AM. THE STAFF ON DUTY RESORTED TO MISBEHAVE WHEN ASKED TO MAKE IT FAST.

I genuinely don't know why is the tarrif of room so high? You just cannot charge anything in the name of being one of the oldest property in the area. Regular maintainence and renovation of the entire building is highly required. On top of it charging premium for such pathetic washroom is a different nightmare altogether. I genuinely want to recommend you guys for your strategic location but you guys really need to work on improving quality of your rooms and service!

The bathrooms had no exhaust fan, no slippers to wear. The towels were not clean. There was no mop / wiper to clean the bathroom after you are done having a bath. I slipped in the bathroom twice. No toilet paper. Smelly beds. They say it's a 3 star hotel... the switch board in the bathroom was coming off.

1. Breakfast is just Disappointment 2. No Slipper/Chappal to wear 3. No Free wi fi 4. No clean over Sofas, Bed etc. 5. No Mop/ wiper in bathroom Just clean before check in

Stayed for the night and had a very good experience. Room service was very prompt. Rooms were neat and clean.
