Royal paradise not give napkin and dryer maneger behaviour so bad don't respect all workers he use bad words my experience very bad he's washroom so bad

Breakfast was nice and tasty. The place is neat and clean.

My experience is not good washroom was close not staff no napkin not clean bad smell in wash room

The rooms are not clean and bedsheets pillow all were not fresh one but already someone used the bed was not changed. There was some typical smell in the hotel of moisture or other. No restaurant in the hotel but adjacents restaurants they can provide food. No complimentary breakfast but rates were high compared to other best hotels and inhouse restaurant

The hotel is though situated on GT Road but the condition of the hotel is below average in the following ground -|1. The room is not sound proof as noise comes from adjacent rooms .Also the linen and sofa provided in room is dirty and old which is unpleasant |2. The mattress quality is also average with dirty bed sheet|3. Toilet is having least and below average quality toiletries |4. The floor mat in the corridor is also very old and dirty .|5. Very limited choice of breakfast|6. Furniture quality inside the room is below average .|7. Inadequate hot water supply in toilet|However some of the positive parts which led me to rate average are -|1. Prompt service |2. Good parking space with accommodation to driver |3. Availability of KFC and Sagar Ratna in premise ||Not a good choice in case of options

Location is good. Visible from Main GT Road. Rooms r spacious and clean. Washrooms are also good.But corridor and Rooms r not properly ventilated. Staff is unprofessional. Breakfast is not buffet and is limited menu. Wifi poor. Anything under Rs 2000/- is value for money.

An average rooms if you have stays in five star rooms . Some rooms have decent washrooms while some have smaller ones as compare to others and without exhaust it becomes little bit suffestocated . Tv also sometimes don't work. Third floor ceiling are not made hence leave bad impression to visitors. I hope this will help you to make right decisions.
