A One Gurgaon Resorts

My experience at this resort was highly disappointing. Despite the high price of 8000 per night, the overall quality was pathetic. The food was unsatisfactory, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. Moreover, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and I noticed mosquito webs in the bathroom. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. I also noticed that the bedsheet and mattress were stinking, further adding to my dissatisfaction with the resort. In addition to the numerous issues I encountered during my stay, I must express my disappointment with the presence of multiple fake reviews that awarded this resort with 5 stars. Had I been given the option, I would have rated them with minus 5 stars due to the numerous shortcomings and unsatisfactory experience. The resort's apparent use of deceptive reviews only added to my frustration, as it undermines the trust guests place in such ratings. Given this unfortunate combination of problems and fake reviews, I strongly advise against considering this resort for your accommodation needs.

This property is not fit for families with kids, no food options for kids, everything they make is too spicy, the workers are locals and do not know how to run this place. Rooms and bathrooms are smelly, pools are dirty with insects. Highly mismanaged with zero maintenance. Best to avoid this place at all, not kid friendly at all. Dont pay advance, they took full payment in advance as we checked in. Dont pay full amount.

Pathetic rooms and service, not recommended for families with kids. No food options for kids, our kids had to stay hungry because the food they could make was too spicy, and no option for a la carte. Bad behaviour of staff when asked to cook something simple for kids. Waste of money, on top of that the rooms were in pathetic condition.

Great ambiance, lovely architecture, and a great swimming pool. It definitely lives up to its name. Near by gurgaon adventure resort . Tip for Management: Service can improve a little, especially because the ground staff may not be aligned with their roles and responsibilities.

Worst experience ever ..we went for a friends and family get together and the rooms were stinking ,the bathrooms were the worst ,swimming pool was dirty even when we told them before coming and they took one whole hour to clean once we reached ..they don't have anything on their ala carte menu and the service is the worst ...and when u tell their staff they argue with u and talk rudely..Plz dont go to this resort ..though the property is big,but not well maintained .

One of the worst place for day picnic.Poor hospitality,very bad sanitation,no proper breakfast/lunch and no snacks in evening. Theaaske

Hotel is good and buffet breakfast is also good but in the term of cleanliness its not upto Mark.
