stayed at Hotel Park Plaza last week and had a truly memorable and comfortable experience. The hospitality and service were outstanding.|A special mention for smeenak and Kamal for their warm and attentive service throughout our stay -- always ready with a smile and quick to respond to any request.|A big thank you to Chef arvind and Chef Rahul for the delicious food and for the personal attention they gave to my daughter. Their thoughtful approach made us feel truly cared for.|I must also mention an incident that reflected the hotel's commitment to guest well-being. One night, my daughter complained of a stomach ache around midnight

All restaurant staff very polite and with good etiquette. Food and breakfast was also good. Slightly cleanliness in the restaurant is still required. Which can create more good ambience. Food quality and savings portion are satisfactory.

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Hotel, Faridabad for 8 nights and here's my experience: Rooms and Cleanliness: The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness standards. The room was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the mattress could use some improvement for better comfort. Additionally, the bathing water was very salty, which caused excessive dryness to the skin--an issue that should be addressed. Food Quality and Buffet: The food was average at best. The buffet options were quite limited, especially when it came to starters, which were served directly at the table with very few choices. The overall taste of the food did not meet expectations and could be enhanced significantly. The waitress at the restaurant keeps asking guests to leave a positive review for the hotel and wants to take a photo of the review. This can be avoided. Service: The service provided by the housekeeping staff and security team was truly exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality stood out and made the stay more pleasant. Overall, while the hotel excels in cleanliness and service, there is room for improvement in food quality, buffet variety, and amenities like the mattress and water quality. With some adjustments, this hotel could offer a much more satisfying experience.

The hotel staff was wonderful--very friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent. However, the room was in need of maintenance, as I noticed mould in the bathroom. The most shocking part was that the cleaning staff didn't have a proper vacuum cleaner for the carpet--just a basic one that only sucks air. When I complained about the dirty carpet, I was simply advised to wear the hotel slippers. Management should seriously consider investing in a proper carpet cleaner.
