Hotel Sewa Grand

This hotel doesn't have air conditioning even at the reception the receptionist's and even guests have to wait at the reception with only a single standing fan in entire hall and staff is also non cooperative they don't even provide water to their guests and don't serve your outside order in rooms. Even after online Booking they take too much time for room cleaning and all after check in time. I'm regular going to this hotel since 1-2 years (once a month) but never experienced any upgradation even after telling them about the issues. Now I've switched to other hotels nearby

A big no to this hotel. Before considering a stay here, please keep the following in mind: 1. Complimentary water bottles are not provided. 2. There are a high chances you will receive a twin bed, even if you book a single bed. 3. Room service is extremely slow, They take a full day to fulfill requests. 4. Rooms lack basic amenities like kettle, coffee powder, milk, laundry, No hot water for bath etc. I would recommend avoiding this place, even if the rooms are offered for free. It is definitely not a place you'd want to book for loved ones if you care about your reputation.

We visited Hotel Sewa Grand in Feb 2025 as our daughter participated in National Shooting Event ... Nicely Located on the main road facing opposite to Sarai Metro Station , Adjacent is a Reliance Smart Bazaar . |A massive property of approx 80 rooms .|Rooms are clean and spacious with a kettle n tea .|Bathrooms are small but clean ,, Staffs are quite polite and responsive ,, services are OK .|Mr Ramesh in restaurant took proper care but the spread was quite limited .|Mr Amit on front desk quickly initiated the Check In n Check Out process .|Rohit was quick in shifting the luggage .|One lacuna which I found quite bizarre, they don't provide complimentary water bottles and it's on chargeable basis And No Toiletries ??

The worst hotel 1. The room is really dirty. I should clean the floor by myself. 2. Hot Shower is not available at night time 3. A lot of mosquitos in the room all the time. 4. The reception does not respond to customer's request. Do No Stay This Hotel.

Worst hotel of my life. Whole night mosquito troubled . For each thing we need to call then they gonna do that after 1 hour. No slippers for washroom, no dental kit and they are charging 5000 , don't ever take this hotel.

Lovely stay, cooperative staff, Mosquito are bit of a problem at night, pls improve that. Other than that, everything is absolutely fine. Clean and hygienic

breakfast worst and hot water does not come. For dental kit also one has to call.

The hotel is conveniently located for my daily travel to client's office. Service is ok. Rooms is value for money.
