Hotel Diamond Inn,

The staff was pathetic,untrained.I asked them for hot water for bath they didn't turned on their geysers. Whatever you asked for service they always on denial mode, better not to vist.

I attended a marriage function at the hotel where the catering was in-house. I was disappointed by the food quality and taste both. The paneer in the starters and the main course was old and rubbery. The manchurian was also not so good in taste. The mixed vegetable in the main course had too much salt and the hotel washrooms are terrible. The hotel just "looks" fancy but is not.

Very old property with untrained service staff. Location is good but traffic remains very hectic at this location. Facilities like lift is also very poor

Nice hotel. Rooms are compact, clean, and nicely maintained. It's a great choice if you're looking for affordable options. Room service is also up to the mark. Been there a few times, no complaints so far.

Poor Service. The rooms are okay. But wiring is weird. There is only 1 switch to switch on / off all lights. It is at the entrance. The plug points are totally distorted, forcing me to a multi-plug to save my electrical plug points. The breakfast quantity & quality is limited. Need to order extra items. No slips being signed, so no idea of costs incurred. Water is from water-cooler, which is okay. But only 1 bottle provided. Need to call, if one needs water in middle of night. Bathroom cleanliness & maintenance leaves lot to desired. No 1-day laundry service.

place in not kept well, service need to be improved a lot, the place is on lease to OYO and run by OYO, cleanliness is a a major concern, none of the room have a window or a source for natural light or ventilation, so you can very well imagine the smell and the conditions, electrical sockets don't work. The TV is of no use as the channels are not available / blocked. No parking structure. Breakfast is like a mini snack, no options in BF, they have a policy of no outside food so please be prepared for a argument if you wish to use any food ordering app. Bottled minerals water is not available, I was given a bottle of water without a cap, a metal foil was used to make a cap... Rest be at your own discretion..while booking

We stay there during cousin marriage .It's a nice Hotel to stay ,Their Hall is so elegant in which we celebrated functions like Haldi ,Mehandi and other Ritual functions..

We were visiting friends in India (we are from Australia) and I can tell you right now this place was worse then any backpacker hostel I stayed in when I was younger! There was mould on the ceiling, on the floor, in the bathroom, around the light fittings, on the wall paper. There was no windows in any rooms of my friends or myself. The air-conditioning we refused to use because it smelt like mould and cigarettes. The electricity ports where sticky taped to the wall and the bed sheets were absolutely disgusting!!!! Had yellow urine stains on the mattress cover and sheets had black hairs and stains all over them. They gave us 1 children's size towel for two people and it was ripped. I could never imagine how horrible a hotel could be but now know how horrible it was. Stayed for one night instead of 4 and checked out to go to another hotel. Absolutely feral place!!!
